I used to use another diet food company, then I saw this site and thought I would give it a try. I must say the oatmeal porridge,sweet & sour noodles a couple of others meals don't taste like there name suggests. I was very dissatisfied. The shakes & bars I ordered are ok.. Please can I send some back and swop ?

Good products, badly let down by using Evri as a courier. This morning they claimed "no-one was in at 09:46" when the delivery was to a business of over 35 people that is open from 8:30-5:30. I cannot contact them to complain as there are no email addresses or phone numbers - just a useless 'chatbot'. Have this problem every time with Evri, why any business that values their customers would use them is beyond me!

Hi Paul, thanks for taking the time to publish your review. Unfortunately EVRI can offer an unreliable service in some areas and this is mainly down to your local Depo and Drivers as they are subcontracted. We do however offer a possible upgrade to DPD 1 to 2 day delivery service if you are unhappy with the EVRI service in your area. Our Standard Delivery 4 to 7 day service with EVRI is offerred as a cheaper alternative for our clients as it is often also a reliable service in some areas. However, we are very pleased to hear that you were happy with our products but a little disappointed with the 2 stars awarded based on the EVRI delivery. Awarded Stars are very important to us and affect our ranking, it would be greatly appreciated if you would reconsider the stars awarded as we have noted your comments regarding EVRI.
