“I enjoy the shakes but I am missing the chicolate mint shakes you used to do. I have contacted you in regards to this and was told they would be back in stock soon....that was nearly 9 months ago.”

Hi Richelle, Thanks for your review - we know there were so many raw material delays, and packaging delays it was a project side-lined. However, as we speak they are in production! So they will 100% be back within the next 1-2 months, and possibly sooner if we get lucky. We promise. Kind Regards, KD Support

“Some of the products are disappointing and taste synthetic, like the vanilla shake. The apple and cinnamon porridge is truly awful although the cottage pie is bearable. On the plus side, the bars are actually quite nice and filling.”

“Although what I've had was good it wasnt made clear that most of the cooked stuff is microwave reliant. I don't have a microwave and have no intention of getting one so its not a diet i can sustain.”

Hi Steven, Sorry to hear you were not 100% happy, although we are pleased you did enjoy some of our products. Most of the meals can also be prepared on a stove/hob in a saucepan to and take around the same amount of prep time, maybe a tiny bit longer. “I only purchased 3 different items - red fruit shake, vegetable soup and chicken soup. Taste nice enough - better than other VLCD products that I've tried - delivered quickly and packaged well.”

“Since you started your new website, the 20 shake box is no longer available. I used this option a lot and found it a cost effective bundle to top up when I needed to. Now I have to buy 20 individual shakes instead of a bundle or pay out for a 50 bundle, both are more expensive. It would be great to bring it back!”

“As different sachets have different water and/or skimmed milk volumes required and the energy contents are different, it's complicated to reach 800kcals daily! I found some flavours more acceptable than others. Reducing the water added to shakes and adding 1 tablespoon creme fraiche makes improved, taste wise.”

“The keto control ready meals are excellent quality unfortunately they have now been out of stock for approximately four months with no sign of them being available. A real shame”

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately the regulations on importing these are very difficult to maneuver since Brexit, however we're confident they will be re-stocked soon. Our supplier has recently contacted us with instructions to make this a possibility, and we are acting on them currently. We understand the disappointment as they are a great product, and we hope they will be back very shortly. KD
