You have discontinued the printed packaging which included cooking instructions. Instructions on a page you insert with order does not include instructions for all the products. On Sweet & sour Noodles you print that 230 ml of water is required which is wrong. This packaging cost saving is very inconvenient for your customers.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We completely understand your frustration and appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. Unfortunately, our fully printed foil packs have been delayed due to supply chain issues, but please rest assured we’re actively working on brand-new designs right now. These will include full cooking instructions for every product and are expected to be ready by the end of the year. In the meantime, we’re doing our best to include printed guides with every order, and we’ll make sure to update the Sweet & Sour Noodles instructions – thank you for bringing that to our attention. Sorry but these meals are disgusting. The shakes are passable but I won't be wasting any more money on this muck

Unable to review as order not yet receiced. Tracking by courier Evri has given the following message for the last few days - We've not been able to deliver your parcel today due to a transport/vehicle incident. We'll update tracking as soon as your parcel is out for delivery

I did use this company previously a few years ago and more recently last couple of months. Ordered 4 weeks worth of shakes and bars for month 3 , they took my money over £126 and failed to send order, when i checked online, there was no order but money taken from my card. There is no telephone contact for support , all by email and Facebook. They respondedand said refund applied, payment not showing on my online banking. will give them 1 more working day and will report as theft . I have now gone to Exante , already received myorder and products are more filling.

Hello, You contacted us at 10:45 pm, we emailed you back the next morning advising you that we had not received an order from you. We did not take any money from your card. As mentioned, your money was held in the banking system as your order had not been completed and was automatically refunded. Unfortunately, we have no control over the banking system and their refund time frames. We do not appreciate your comments in this review or the threatening emails you sent whilst we were investigating this issue for you. We are a respectful and responsible company which can be seen from other reviews & comments. We are glad to hear you have found a company. We wish you well.
