I'm sure they are great, nice product and quick delivery but a consistent pricing policy would make me feel less ripped off.

My husband loved the personalized wagging tail labrador clock. It was the perfect gift. The package arrived promptly from the UK. Looks just like our Lab Lovey.

Dear Scott, Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, our last communication was an email confirming your order was dispatched on December 7th. Due to the Canada postal strikes, we made special courier arrangements to ensure delivery. Unfortunately, your parcel is currently delayed at the Stansted FedEx depot. Hi Martina, We’re disappointed to see this review, especially as we have been in communication with you throughout this period and have gone to great lengths to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the original parcel sent to your delivery address in Italy appears to have been lost in transit with Royal Mail. Despite not receiving the parcel returned to us, we have sent you a replacement via express courier at a significant cost to ensure it reaches you in time for Christmas. The replacement parcel is on its way and should be with you in the next couple of days, well before Christmas. We take great pride in our service and are always committed to making things right when issues arise. It’s disheartening to receive such a review when we’ve worked hard to resolve the situation. Having placed an order, I received an email a day later to state that the product was now out of stock and that the company was expecting a further delivery the following Monday and that my order would be dispatched shortly after. True to their word, I received my order and the clock was exactly as advertised. - Great service.
