Hi Martina, We’re disappointed to see this review, especially as we have been in communication with you throughout this period and have gone to great lengths to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the original parcel sent to your delivery address in Italy appears to have been lost in transit with Royal Mail. Despite not receiving the parcel returned to us, we have sent you a replacement via express courier at a significant cost to ensure it reaches you in time for Christmas. The replacement parcel is on its way and should be with you in the next couple of days, well before Christmas. We take great pride in our service and are always committed to making things right when issues arise. It’s disheartening to receive such a review when we’ve worked hard to resolve the situation. We hope the clock brings joy once it arrives, and we kindly ask you to reconsider your review in light of the efforts we’ve made. Kind regards, George
