“I really can’t praise their repair service enough. I sent my clock back on a Thursday with next day delivery, and the clock was repaired and delivered to me on the Monday, so repaired and posted back out the day they got it which is fantastic and unbelievably quick. Excellent service and a massive thank you.”

“The quality was nice but I wish I could give zero. The reason is I’ve tried 3 times to contact about only receiving 1 of 2 items purchased. Customer service is lacking. They do not respond”

“Such a fun clock to have ! My black lab thought it was real because the tail wags . She barked at it for over a week until she realized it wasn’t going to eat her food . Pretty hilarious .”

After looking into this, it seems the original email was sent to our company name without an email address, which meant it didn’t come through to us. “Absolutely love the Labrador clock. The tail wags every time a second passes and the added feature of the name on the collar was the cherry on top! Brought as a gift for a fellow Labrador lovers birthday and she is so happy with it too. Super fast service and arrived in great packaging. Thank you”

“I love my Greyhound/Lurcher clock. It looks just like my dog. It does not make any noticeable sound and keeps good time. The only thing is that it smaller than I thought it would be. Still love it.”
