Dear Scott, Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, our last communication was an email confirming your order was dispatched on December 7th. Due to the Canada postal strikes, we made special courier arrangements to ensure delivery. Unfortunately, your parcel is currently delayed at the Stansted FedEx depot. We’ve taken further steps to resolve this and hope it arrives very soon. We also want to be clear that there are no unanswered emails from you. “I like it a lot better if it was made with a different material. I expected it to be more heavier or light weight metal. But I really still love it!!”

We're glad you love the clock. We aim for transparency, and it's mentioned on our website that the clock is made from lightweight Foamalux, a type of PVC. We appreciate your feedback and hope to serve you again soon!
