"I would give a negative rating if the system would allow me. I placed my order in July 2022 for a product that was supposedly going to be delivered within 3 weeks. It is now November 2022 and I still have no product. I have sent over 10 emails and DM's on Instagram to the company and there is still no product. I have requested a refund (due to no product) and there has been no response. I have wasted so much time with this company it's ridiculous. They are a total sham."

"Not only did this company take 3 months to refund me after not receiving the product, they bribed and extorted me! Saying they would not refund my money until I deleted my last review on trust pilot! They also admitted to doing this to multiple customers. Please do NOT support this \u201ccompany\u201d. They will rob you and are not only crazy, but follow their own set of rules. The amount of absolutely crazy things that happened in my exchange of communication with them was insane. Disgusting."

I understand they may take a bit of time to get back to you (2 days for me) but eventually it arrives within 2 weeks and honestly the product doesn’t disappoint, bought one of them dreamy lights and my kids love them. 5 stars on the product.
