“I had the pleasure of speaking with Becca who kept reminding me about my life insuarance. Once i was ready to close on my house she was only a call away got it all done straighaway. Shes always pleasant to speak with . I also want to say Bob was my broker and he was fantastic. Patient, knowledgable and efficient when dealing with me. I really had no worries as my confidence i Bob was influenced by his confidence in his own job . Thank you Bob i will definately work with him and recommend him in the future”

“First class service from Tracey at The Mortgage Hut. We couldn’t get a mortgage with other brokers in NI due to one of us having a repossession over 4 years ago. I had given up hope until I spoke to Tracey. I was phoned at the exact time given to me and had a decision in principle within 2 hours. Tracey and her team were very friendly, helpful and professional. We were kept informed at every step. Nothing was a bother and I had a prompt response any time I emailed. I’d highly recommend The Mortgage Hut.”

“We didn't have the most straight forward of mortgage applications to say the least and Jen has been absolutely amazing. She has looked at so many variations and never failed to call or email me back with an update. She has been easy to get hold of, and even with COVID very lovely on the phone. Have been very impressed with the customer service, but also offering of mortages available these guys have to offer. Would definatley recommend.”

“Tracey took my call before opening times and was willing to give me the help and assistant i needed to get the ball rolling for a new mortgage. She was very informative and made sure I knew the ins and outs of the process. I look forward to the magic they will be able to pull out. Thanks Tracey”

“I was out in touch with Chris through a mutual friend. He passed my details to Tracey who managed to achieve in 7 days what my broker couldn’t do in over a 18 months. Always kept in touch and tried for the best for us, I cannot thank Chris, Tracey and the Morgan hut enough”

“The Mortgage Hut team have been my 'go to' for the last 10 years - I highly recommend them. Bob took me through the process of buying my first house (still remember how much support he gave me now) and Dan more recently renewed my Health Insurance. The customer journey is fantastic from arranging an appointment with Elizabeth to going through all the options with Dan, to getting the right cover in place. Dan took the time to understand and patiently answered all my 'many' questions and made the whole process quick and easy. I felt confident that everything was in place and all my requirements had been met. Caring, genuine and professional service. Great team - thank you!”
