“Incredible service! Bob went completely above and beyond to secure our mortgage, where no other provider even wanted help. I had recently become a Director and majority shareholder of my employer, and therefore was classed as self-employed. All other brokers insisted I would need to wait at least 1 year, with one set of accounts completed, before even considering a mortgage. Bob was very thorough, and his relationships with the various lenders meant that he could build a case for us. He managed to secure us a great product, for which we are hugely grateful for. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to others!”

“A good company you can trust. Twice I have used them now and both times they found a better price than me with the added ease and security that everything was being arranged for me and I had someone in my corner who knew what to do. The team were friendly and easily approachable getting back to my emails promptly.”

“Dan (Daniel Dawkins) at the Mortgage hut did an amazing job in finding us a very competitive mortgage in circumstances where I had initially believed would not be possible to find finance at all. As a couple returning to the UK from overseas with no historic credit profile in the UK Dan still managed to come up trumps. Dan was incredibly fast in his turning around of documentation, very clear in explaining all the processes and procedures necessary and kept the whole procedure as simple and straight forward as possible. The rest of the Mortgage Hut Team has also been exemplary all the way through! Thoroughly recommend giving them a call and seeing if they can help you too!”

“I must have asked the mortgage hut to calculate and recalculate about 10 different mortgages for me due to a number of changes in circumstances when I was purchasing my property. Each time they couldn’t have been more helpful and advised me each step of the way. Tessa was amazing and would definitely recommend them and would 100% use them again with no doubts.”

“The Mortagage hut were extremely helpful in getting everything sorted for our new house mortgage, our buy to let mortgage and life insurance. They even managed to survive us checking with them with what seemed like every 10 minutes, due to some issues with the mortgage provider. We couldn't recommend them enough!”

“The mortgage hut was fantastic in helping us with buying our New Build house exploring all the options available and explaining them in simple terms what we could apply for in help to buy. They also helped us with our life insurance getting a good deal for us too. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who’s looking to get a new or better mortgage offer. Not only was he speedy with finding the best deals for me, but he is also great at communication, fast at responding to emails and always answered the phone. “I was told about The Mortgage Hut from the estate agents that I bought my house from. I would recommend to all as I was a first time buyer and they helped me with all I needed to know about buying a home. They also kept me informed on all that was happening at least once a week which was exceptional.”
