“First of all I would like to say a big thank you to Daniel, my advisor, who worked on my case as it was his own. He worked till late to make sure my application got submitted in same working day. My initial application was refused so I contacted this company for some help and Daniel took my case and he managed to get me a mortgage in just a week. He's always had a positive attitude and gave me guidance throughout the process. I'm very satisfied!! I definitely recommend the MortgageHut!😁😁😁🥳🥳🥳”

“Georgiana and Kathryn were excellent from the beginning all the way to the end. There were a few delays along the way of which Mortgage Hut was at no fault for, and this then meant there were many different parties involved however Kathryn and Georgiana both kept me updated at every step of the way sometimes even at out of office hours! I will definitely be returning when i am looking for a new deal on my mortgage or when i turn into a property kingpin i will be using these guys for all my mortgages. Thanks Girls and i look forward to speaking soon ;)”

“My other half and I have just bought our first house together and I must say, initially, we were a bit scared of the whole mortgage process. Georgiana, from The Mortgage Hut, was an absolute Godsend. She took all of the necessary details from us and came back with a very low mortgage rate within hours. She was extremely helpful, friendly, informative, and she was able to keep up calm when we had concerns about house-related things. We couldn't have secured this house as quickly as we did without her, and so we thank you so much for everything you did to make this all happen for us!”

“I found the Mortgage Hut through online searches, as I needed a broker who would help me in my unusual situation, as a self employed worker along with a few other specialties. I looked at the reviews myself and decided to get in touch with them, explaining that I had had an awful experience with a broker a few years ago who promised the earth and gave very little back. After that drawn out and atrocious process, I was wary of brokers however my personal case broker, Georgiana listened to my situation and past experiences and assured me that they would be able to help me. I firmly believe that if she didn't think she would have been able to get me a mortgage, that she would have said in our very first phone call. We then worked together over the course of a few weeks, she was in touch with me and updating me on the process and also replied to my 'chasing' emails when I was getting a little impatient with the mortgage lender! It was a complicated and lengthy application (as mortgage applications always seem to be) but Georgiana was on top of everything and did everything she could to get it to a) work and b) run smoothly. She also got me a good deal in with the bargain with a well known bank, so I was very happy. Although there were the usual problems and frustrations through my mortgage process, none of this was down to The Mortgage Hut and they were as helpful as they could be. I also had a free consultation about the relevant insurances etc needed, about which I am still dealing with them and fully intend to use. Even now, months into my house purchase, I am a few weeks off completion and The Mortgage Hut are still ringing my solicitor once a week and updating me on the progress, which they do not need to do as they have fulfilled their duties and received full payment from me. So I am very happy with them overall and thank them for making it as stress-free as possible (which I have learnt is very hard in all house purchases!) I would highly recommend The Mortgage Hut.”
