“I first discovered this hot sauce decades ago while visiting Belize. It was on every restaurant table. Delighted to be able to buy this in the states. Truly my favorite hot sauce made with carrots which gives it a nice flavorful texture without blowing your head off with heat. A well balanced flavorful condiment.”

“Marie’s sauces are some of the best. Discovered these on a trip to Belize 3 years ago and these are the only hot sauces I use now. One of the hot sauces that do not contain xanthan gum. Sauces have great flavor and heat. The hornet one or lava, hottest one now, has really amped up the heat from Beware and Comatose. Great work Marie! Thanks for bringing flavor and heat to my food!”
