“Used it twice. I feel like it’s a glorified TENS unit because it has similar affect. Secondly, I wish 3 refills came with a coupon because $200 rough when my migraines happen every day. Third, it only helps with the neck stiffness. I am debating of purchasing a refill, but we’ll see. I wish there was a locality as well for customers so we can get points per purchase. It would be nice”

Thanks for your question, Patricia. Based on our clinical studies and feedback from users, we recommend using Nerivio about 4-5 times to evaluate its efficacy for aborting your migraine attacks. This will allow you to get accustomed to using the device and app, set the intensity level to an optimal level, and experience the app's GIER UP! (guided imagery, education and relaxation) video library. For migraine prevention, our clinical trial shows that after 2 weeks of treating with Nerivio every other day, you can already benefit from a reduction in attack frequency. To experience a larger reduction in attack frequency, we recommend treating every other day for 8 weeks, which was shown to lead to a mean reduction of 4 migraine days per month.

“Nerivio works great while it's running! I have had to do 2 rounds back to back, to maintain it's effectiveness. I wish the treatment times could be adjusted for a longer period of time.also, you need to make the armband out of a neoprene fabric, not this thin plastic, with sharp edges! The armband is uncomfortable!”

If you have treated with Nerivio and have not experienced relief/freedom, or the migraine has returned, you may administer additional treatments on the same day. Nerivio does not have a daily limitation of use, but we recommend you switch arms between treatments. The material used is thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), a commonly used material found in various medical devices. When the strap and device are secured to your arm, the feeling should be tight and yet comfortable. “It really helps for both a preventative and acute. Once I feel one coming, I immediately put it to the settings I like (19-20) and after about half an hour to 40 min, I don’t feel it”

“Nerivio helps fairly well if the pain is mild to low moderate & I use it very early which is great as I avoid medication overuse. It’s not a panacea for all migraines but that’s expected I think. Overall I’m glad to have an additional treatment method for migraines that avoids additional medication.”

Hi, Christine. We're glad you've found some relief with Nerivio and encourage you to complete a few more sessions to see if it will work for you. It is important to follow some key tips: 1. Based on the usage directions from your healthcare provider, treat early for effective accute treatment and/or treat regularly every other day for effective migraine prevention. 2. Set an intensity that is strong but comfortable. Use the + to increase the intensity until it feels strong yet comfortable and not painful. Setting the intensity below this point could decrease the efficacy of the treatment. In clinical trials, levels below 20% were found to be less effective by the majority of patients. 3. Complete a full treatment. For effective results, complete the full 45-minute treatment. Consult with your healthcare provider if you have questions about your treatment approach and feel free contact Nerivio Cares customer support if you need assistance with your REN wearable (📩 support@nerivio.com / 📞 866-637-4846).

“it always lessens my headache or makes it go away completely it has a good feeling when on and isn't uncomfortable i love that you can use it so much and that you can note you headaches and your levels of pain i would definitely recommend if you have headaches of any kind and if talking medication is a hassle or you often forget”

“It's helpful for my migraines. I haven't used it very often, but I will certainly be using it more! A problem with your questions: I am having a hard time using the spaces to to give my answers to your questions! It won't let me give my opinions on most of the areas that you ask my opinion about. I'll try again the next time, but this time has been very frustrating”
