The first device worked well, and helped me with the headaches. The second device would not work. I am having a 10+ headache. I tried to connect the NFC tag for more than an hour, and it still hasn’t worked yet. It’s not worth it plus all that money. I am throwing it in the garbage.

We went with standard shipping and it’s taking forever. If you or your child is really struggling, I’d definitely recommend paying for the quicker shipping option.

I tried preventative treatments twice. Got headache same day as second treatment. Did another treatment. Headache worsened. Took Ubrelvy. Today another headache. Did treatment as soon as i could. Headache worsened. Took Ubrelvy.

Nerivio triggers my migraine and all my mails to the customer service are not accepted, they are all returned. It is very unsatisfying. :( I will have to call again which means at least an hour waiting to get connected.

I absolutely hate the new updates to the Nerivio device. I loved the idea of creating less waste by just replacing the electrodes but the new design and features are just awful. The new NFC tag means you must use your device with a smartphone which for me is less desirable than using my IPad which is easier to see, especially when I am trying to avert a migraine. The new technology is not simple to use at all. EVERYTIME I try to use the device now I end up in an endless loop of turning on the device, getting it connected to the app, trying unsuccessfully to to "tap" the NFC until the device shuts down. I attempted this loop for 20 minutes this morning and gave up. And for some bizarre reason, the arm band is now so small I need an extension. Trying to manipulate the device and the armband is hard enough, adding the extension has made it impossible to do without assistance. I used to love this device and found it a very helpful migraine tool. I no longer feel that way and will not renew my subscription nor would I recommend this device to anyone else. The "improvements" have wrecked it's performance. I am very sorry not have this tool anymore.

With Nerivio Infinity, our goal was to improve sustainability by eliminating the need to dispose of the full device and battery, and allowing replacement of electrodes only, at no additional cost. That said, ease of use is critical, and we’re sorry this hasn’t been your experience. If your device does not support NFC, you should receive a pop-up message stating that NFC is not supported and that you may continue using the electrode pad. After pressing “OK,” you should be able to start treatment without syncing the NFC. If you’re experiencing connection loops or other issues on your phone, our Nerivio Cares team would be glad to troubleshoot with you. In addition, the armband is available in four sizes (S–XL), with extensions for larger sizing needs. If you need an additional extender or a different size, please reach us at Nerivio Cares at support@nerivio.com or 866-637-4846. It work once have been trying to get it to work will not sync , this is very annoying when you have a migraine, big mistake on trying this thing waste of money.

I hate the redesigned model. The old version was a lot easier to use. Now I have to charge it, I have to assemble 3 pieces to get it to work, I have to bumble to find the NFC tag, I have to store part of it in a separate pouch that doesn’t fit the device, all while I have a blinding migraine at 3am. I wish they sold the old model. I’m switching to cefaly.

Did not help at all. Tried a few times right at the beginning of the migraine attack, and a high percentage of stimulation--to no avail. Expensive device which is a waste of money.

Nerivio did not relieve my migraine even once. I always have to take other medication within 1 hour after using Nerivio.

My neurologist prescribed me Nerivio because I am in my first trimester of pregnancy and I can’t take my regular migraine medicine. I do not see any impact at all using this device, it has unfortunately not worked for me.
