If you asked me this a month ago I would have given it 5 stars because it has been a game changer for my chronic migraines. Until I got the new Nerivio infinity. Each time you use it, you need to connect it to your phone via an NFC code on the pads. 98% of the time I have to try repeatedly to get it to connect. As per tech help from AI customer service, I’ve turned my iPhone 16 off and back on. Repeatedly. The level of frustration is crazy high, especially while in the midst of a migraine. I’ve had others help me and they too have had to repeatedly try before they could finally get it to connect. I’m not sure if the one I have is faulty or if the tech wasn’t ready to be released.

It is easy to use and I have noticed that since using the Nerivio I have taken less medication to control and manage my migraines. I have also noticed that I have had less migraines in this period.

Bei leichten Kopfschmerzen sehr gut ,bei schlimmeren leider nicht so gut bei mir .Ich muss es zeitig genug anwenden.

Ich finde die Apps und Entspannung mit den Ärzten in Englisch sehr schlecht für mich. Wenn man nur wenig Englisch kann, ist die Anwendung leider für nutzlos! Telefonisch sind Sie auch schlecht erreichbar. Ich war heute über eine halbe Stunde in der Warteschleife..... Ich möchte nachden noch 11 Anwendungen Nerivio nicht weiter anwenden. Finanziell kann ich mir es leider nicht leisten. Bitte überweisen Sie den Betrag von 249,00 Euro, Klarna wieder zurück. Vielen lieben Dank. Freundliche Grüße Stephanie Engelmann

I don't have a headache at the same time everyday. If I'm busy or driving I push through the pain or take whatever I have on hand.

I’m not sure if it’s helping or not. I also have not been as consistent with the every other day use because of overwhelming stress factors in my life at this time. I am going to try and do better.

If I could use it all the time, I would’ve given five stars. However, I need a sensitive skin adhesive and Nerivio doesn’t have them. So in order not to get a skin rash that lasts weeks, I can only use it during my worst migraines. I wipe my arm off with alcohol before and after but it doesn’t stop it. It also never takes those completely away but it does help. WHY DON’T YOU MAKE SENSITIVE SKIN PADS????? My TENS unit and interferential unit had them (no, I cannot use them with Nerivio).
