Eman, we are sorry to hear that you did not experience relief of your migraine after using Nerivio. You can try using Nerivio a couple more times to see if it will work for you. It is important to follow some key tips: 1. Start treatment early: As with all acute migraine treatments, treating early is key to success and improved efficacy. 2. Set an Intensity that is strong but comfortable: Use the + to increase the intensity until it feels strong yet comfortable and not painful. Setting the intensity below this point could decrease the efficacy of the treatment. In clinical trials, levels below 20% were found to be less effective by the majority of patients. 3. Complete a full treatment: For effective results, complete the full 45-minute treatment. Consult with your healthcare provider if you have questions about your treatment approach.

Based on our clinical studies and feedback from users, we recommend using Nerivio about 4-5 times to evaluate its efficacy for aborting your migraine attacks. This will allow you to get accustomed to using the device and app, set the intensity level to an optimal level, and experience the app's behavioral therapy feature – GIER. For migraine prevention, our clinical trial shows that after 2 weeks of treating with Nerivio every other day, you can already benefit from a reduction in attack frequency. To experience a larger reduction in attack frequency, we recommend treating every other day for 8 weeks, which was shown to lead to a mean reduction of 4 migraine days per month. Consult with your healthcare provider if you have questions about your treatment approach.

“Nerivio gets rid of my headaches. I usually use a nose spray at 1st sign of stuffed nose, though not the brand name in the post treatment assessment questions. The Nerivio treatment has thus far stopped my migraines from turning into full blown bad headaches. It clears them usually 1/2 to 3/4 way through the treatment and that is amazing to me. I’m able to fall back to sleep around the time the treatment ends. When I use it I prefer silence & darkness so I just do what the excellent instructional G videos advised me to do. It’s my 5th treatment out of 18 that the individual device provides.”
