Hi Joy, thank you for sharing your experience. Numbing in your arm during a Nerivio treatment is a possible side effect, and it’s usually temporary. It can happen along with tingling, warmth, or mild discomfort, and it should go away shortly after the treatment ends. If the numbness feels uncomfortable, try lowering the intensity a bit, or pause the treatment and reposition the device on your arm, then resume. I use the Nerivio for the full 45 min and just sit with eyes closed. I don’t seem to see results. I turn the strength up between 50-75%. Sometimes my arm jumps around a bit. Maybe it’s too strong? After the 45 min is up, I don’t feel any different. ☹️

Reduced pain intensity the first time I used it. After that no affect on pain.

The concept was great and the old product worked well. The new infinity is super buggy, requires lots of messing around, (with a brand new IPhone) and can do more to worsen a migraine than to cure one. A pathetic attempt at an upgrade weakens the argument that this is worth the money. Please bring back your old product, or fix this one!!!

I don't feel I have had any benefit from this device. In fact, I feel it makes my symptoms heightened. Also, the first time I used it and followed the directions where it said put the level to where it hurts and then go down two notches, do NOT do that. Awful advice as everyone is different. I almost decided to go to the emergency room for what it did to me. I've been doing it now with that number cut in half. It also reminded me one time to do it but after that, it didn't. Permissions never changed on my phone. Not a good experience so far and don't expect it to change to be honest.

Pese al retraso de meses para recibir el dispositivo, lamentablemente para que no estoy teniendo la respuesta terapéutica que esperaba porque no me ha bajado la intensidad de la migraña ni la periodicidad que era lo que esperaba. Mañana lunes llamaré a la enfermera para no renovarlo.

I have tried Nerivio 5 times and I really want it to work. The device is easy to put on and easy to adjust the settings and intensity. However, it doesn’t work for me. One time it helped my migraine. The other times, during the treatment I felt better, but afterwards the migraine pain was worse and I had to take my abortive med. I don’t think I’ll be using this anymore.

It’s been so so first time using this saw this on tv in fl when I was getting ready to go to bed and I talk to my dr about this Nerivio the Nerivio let me tell u is a lot of money $$$$

Although I am now not observing every day mild pain but no change in frequency yet. Attack has come back after 10 days and in these 10 days 6 sessions of Nirivio done along including one SOS

Till now I have used 5 times nerivio device but couldn't find any relief in Pain while using or after using the Nerivio device. It looks that I have spent my money in a useless device. Also every time instructions are different by different people from Nerivio. Hope I will get relief in future sessions or else the money spent is going to be waste of time & money.

I’m not sure where the iimage only GER video is. As a migraine sufferer all the videos having to hear someone talk is Not helpful. Bring back the sound only video.

Good news: the original GIER videos designed to accompany your Nerivio acute and/or preventive treatments are still in the GIER UP! video library 👏 Check out the 'Guided Treatment Companion' section. In some of the other sessions, you will be invited to participate in guided deep breathing, muscle relaxation, or visual imagery exercises.
