“I have tried Nerivio 5 times and I really want it to work. The device is easy to put on and easy to adjust the settings and intensity. However, it doesn’t work for me. One time it helped my migraine. The other times, during the treatment I felt better, but afterwards the migraine pain was worse and I had to take my abortive med. I don’t think I’ll be using this anymore.”

“Although I am now not observing every day mild pain but no change in frequency yet. Attack has come back after 10 days and in these 10 days 6 sessions of Nirivio done along including one SOS”

“Till now I have used 5 times nerivio device but couldn't find any relief in Pain while using or after using the Nerivio device. It looks that I have spent my money in a useless device. Also every time instructions are different by different people from Nerivio. Hope I will get relief in future sessions or else the money spent is going to be waste of time & money.”

“I’m not sure where the iimage only GER video is. As a migraine sufferer all the videos having to hear someone talk is Not helpful. Bring back the sound only video.”

In some of the other sessions, you will be invited to participate in guided deep breathing, muscle relaxation, or visual imagery exercises. It is important to follow some key tips: 1. Based on the usage directions from your healthcare provider, treat early for effective acute treatment (preferably within 60 minutes of the start of your migraine attack) and/or treat regularly every other day for effective migraine prevention. 2. Set an intensity that is strong but comfortable. Use the + to increase the intensity until it feels strong yet comfortable and not painful. Setting the intensity below this point could decrease the efficacy of the treatment. In clinical trials, levels below 20% were found to be less effective by the majority of patients. 3. Complete a full treatment. For effective results, complete the full 45-minute treatment. For migraine prevention, our clinical trial shows that after 2 weeks of treating with Nerivio every other day, you can already benefit from a reduction in attack frequency. To experience a larger reduction in attack frequency, we recommend treating every other day for 8 weeks, which was shown to lead to a mean reduction of 4 migraine days per month. Please consult with your healthcare provider if you have questions about your treatment approach.

Based on our clinical studies and feedback from users, we recommend using Nerivio about 4-5 times to evaluate its efficacy for aborting your migraine attacks. This will allow you to get accustomed to using the device and app, set the intensity level to an optimal level, and experience the app's GIER (Guided Imagery, Education, and Relaxation) video library. For migraine prevention, our clinical trial shows that after 2 weeks of treating with Nerivio every other day, you can already benefit from a reduction in attack frequency. To experience a larger reduction in attack frequency, we recommend treating every other day for 8 weeks, which was shown to lead to a mean reduction of 4 migraine days per month. “I find the arm band difficult to put on. I have had to ask for help putting it on (1st 4 times devise used) Not enough time to judge but so far device has not bern of help”
