Lo uso como tto de rescate en crisis aguda. Sería ideal poder usarlo tb como preventivo, pero al tener tan pocos usos disponible no es factible.Hecho de menos, que esté en español, para aprovechar los audios de la app, y que fuese de batería o pilas, cómo otros dispositivos tipo TENS.De momento, me mejora la pulsatibilidad y sensación de inestabilidad en periodo agudo de la crisis de migraña.

There is no relief in severe pain which I have daily morning Today morning was first use of Nerivio which did not give relief Two times Nerivio used for Discomfort without pain and I got relief from discomfort in head. Nerivio used in 3 sessions

I have only used it 3 times, so I can't yet speak to it's efficacy, but I've already developed several concerns. On the 3rd use the sticky is already gone and it doesn't hold long enough for me to get the armband on- it keeps falling off. I'm increasingly concerned with the location requirement. They claim it's necessary so they can get date and time and diary feed info. Basically this means if I'm outside of cell range and don't have access to wifi (which is fairly common, especially when the power is out since I live in a cellular dead zone), that nerivio is denying me treatment. There should be a way to use the device then upload the info when a cell signal is once again available. I find this location requirement to be incredibly creepy and very 1984 Orwellian. I have told nerivio my concerns around this and I'm waiting for a response. Adjusting the intensity can be very time consuming. After a few minutes into treatment, the app "disconnects" from the device, tho the device is still delivering treatment. What this means is I have to open the app, give it permission to access my location yet AGAIN, it logs onto the device, and only then can I adjust the intensity. This could be avoided if they let you increase or decrease intensity directly on the device itself. This also wouldn't be such an issue if the intensity didn't feel like it changed so much on its own throughout treatment. Without me changing it, the intensity varies between barely feeling it at all and full discomfort. Because of the amount of time it takes to get the app to log back into the device so I can adjust it, it will likely soon drive me to just removing the device mid treatment. I have asked the bot several questions, which it has been unable to answer. On the plus side, it looks like a real human being monitors these, so concerns eventually (hopefully) get addressed. If I am able to edit my review, I will update it after I see how my concerns are dealt with.

On my first try got a migraine after treatment & migraine 4 am today. How much % of stimulation should I be at?

Hi, Karen. If you have treated with Nerivio and have not experienced relief/freedom, or the migraine has returned, you may administer additional treatments on the same day. We recommend you switch arms between treatments. Based on our clinical studies and feedback from users, we recommend using Nerivio about 4-5 times to evaluate its efficacy for aborting your migraine attacks. Set the treatment intensity level by increasing it to a level that feels strong yet comfortable and not painful. It is personal. If the sensation is uncomfortable or painful, you should decrease the intensity by 1 or 2% or until strong but comfortable. In clinical trials, levels lower than 20% were found to be less effective by the majority of patients. If you experience hand numbness and/or muscle twitching, try decreasing the intensity slightly, as it may be too high, or changing the location of the electrodes on the arm.

The Nerivio itself was very usefully just most of the time that I needed it it would not connect to my phone so I would not be able to use it

So far there is no impact on my migraine. Very often The Nerivio App is not working, so that I have to uninstall and reinstall the App before using. For that high costs this is a no-go! And the relaxation instructions only works some minutes after the beginning of the treatment, that is unpractical, because you always have to look, when it can be started and this is disturbing the relaxation-process.

I used it 4 times but the migraine didn't go. On the other hand the interval between migraines seems to be bigger with around 2 days

I do not like the voice its not a real person this was expensive for a shock. Its like those fake gum packets! That trick people. And how dare the computer voice tell me I feel better and my headache is leaving. Ummm no its not!

For migraine prevention, our clinical trial shows that after 2 weeks of treating with Nerivio every other day, you can already benefit from a reduction in attack frequency. To experience a larger reduction in attack frequency, we recommend treating every other day for 8 weeks, which was shown to lead to a mean reduction of 4 migraine days per month. It is having little if any effect on my migraines. The daily diary is limiting and inadequate. If your headache is psychosomatic it may help as an effective placebo but it is not effective for me. Nerve blocks r next.

Mixed reviews - sometimes helps to lessen migraine. Company they use for filling device orders (Procare) is horrible - accidental order cancellation, delayed shipping, horrible customer service and follow through. Would recommend if there were other, easier options to get refills.
