I feel it may help in addition to the Nurtec and Fioricet. It definitely doesn’t seem to make an impact on it’s own. I usually set it to 50+ and have even worked up to 100 but that didn’t make a difference.

So far I've not recieved any relief from the device. I'm gonna keep trying and hope it eventually works.

Nerivio has not been helping me control my migraines. Once the treatment is completed, I feel worse than when I started the treatment.

It seems to help while it's on. At least lessens the severity of symptoms but when it stops my headache comes right back.

The device can be used an unlimited number of times in a day, though we have no data on daily or long-term use. Please consult your healthcare provider to discuss long-term use. I was mid- treatment for the first time when I lost connectivity. I have tried many times to reconnect the divide to thev app but cannot connect.

It won't stay connected very well on android and Apple. Didn’t work 1st time using and one treatment was removed and I never got it back, even though I was on only a few minutes when it disconnected. Only use few times and haven’t felt any improvement in pain/migraines. I have 24/7 pain and migraines.

Good concept. Will probably work different for everyone. Good as part of the attack against migraines. Unfortunately the app does not work well with Android phones. The post assessment never comes up and it cannot seem to gather the data to share with Doctors so what's the point.

It kind of helps while I'm experiencing pain but as soon as I'm done, any relief I had disappears and I'm right back to where I started.

Thank you for your review of the Nerivio Device. If there is anything you need assistance with to most effectively use your Nerivio, please call us at Nerivio cares at (937)-637-4846, Monday through Friday 8am-8pm EST. In the meantime, here are some tips you can use to increase effectiveness: 3 Pillars for effective treatment 1. Start treatment early. • For effective results, you should start the treatment as soon as you feel the first symptoms of the migraine attack and within 60 minutes of the migraine symptoms onset (headache and/or aura). 2. Setting Intensity at the start of each treatment • Use the + to increase the intensity until it feels strong yet comfortable and not painful. • We recommend that the intensity level not be changed during the treatment. 3. Treatment Time • For effective results, complete the full 45-minute treatment. Setting Intensity Since each migraine attack is different, there is no one right setting. The intensity should be strong, but never painful, and should be set within the first few minutes of treatment.    The + and – buttons on your phone screen allow you to set the level, and just after you start a treatment, you can repeatedly press the “plus” button to increase intensity until the sensation feels strong but not uncomfortable.  During clinical trials, the most effective treatment was obtained with intensities over 20% and with averages between 25 and 35%. If you do not get to 20%, however, do not worry, as long as it feels strong. Although the intensity may feel as if it gets weaker during treatment; this is normal and is just your body adjusting to the sensation; there is no need to increase the intensity further.

Treat Early -Start within one hour of migraine onset (Place Nerivio on your outer upper arm) 2. Increasing the Intensity: Set the intensity to a level that is strong but not painful in the first few minutes of treatment. 3.(And then keep it at that setting for the 45 minutes - don't increase intensity during the treatment). Intensity Setting For effective treatment, the intensity level should be set at the start of each treatment. To set the intensity level using the + to increase the intensity until it feels strong yet comfortable and not painful.
