“It seems to move the headache and to concentrate it rather than relieving it. Also, the app doesn't work on my phone (Galaxy 7). It worked the first time, but since then it won't connect, so I have to use my husband's phone. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Finally, I would like to use the visualization routine, but the rhythmic and repetitive music at the end of it makes me very tense. The music at the beginning is fine, but then it becomes faster and minimalistic. I have to shut it down or use it without sound.”

“לא עוזר בכלל. בכל מקרה אם היה מסובסד הייתי רוכשת עוד מכשיר כי היה מרגיע, בעיקר עם הסירטון של המדיטציה. בלי קשר שימו לב שיש לכם באג בכל .השאלות הבאות כי לא ניתן לסמן פחות משלוש קווים”

“You sent me a message asking why I hadn’t used Nerivio for a while. Then you just sent me to your survey on who told me about it and when I use it. I had to find the area where I could actually tell you why I’m not using it. I originally wanted to use it to try and stop the early onset of a migraine before I started to get more pain and nausea. However, the device triggers the nausea. Is there something you could suggest to help me be able to use the device without this side effect? I would like to try it again. Thank you.”

“It’s just not helping and I wish it would. I also would like to suggest that instead of having a sales person call within the first month of use, you have a patient education specialist call who explains how the device works and how long it might take for benefits.”
