If you have treated with Nerivio and have not experienced relief/freedom, or the migraine has returned, you may administer additional treatments on the same day. We recommend you switch arms between treatments. We also recommended that you consult with your healthcare provider about the therapy strategy most suitable for you.

The device works well for my migraines. The only downside is that there is no way to use the device without my phone. I get light sensitivity, and having to use the phone to set up the device and increase/decrease the intensity is really painful.

We are happy you find relief with Nerivio, Ada, and appreciate your feedback. At the start of treatment, you should set the treatment intensity level by increasing it to a level that feels strong yet comfortable and not painful. If the sensation is uncomfortable or painful, you should decrease the intensity by 1 or 2% or until strong but comfortable. During treatment, you might feel that the intensity has become less intense. This does not mean that it has stopped working, it simply means your body has slightly adjusted to it. There is no need to readjust the intensity at these times. If you need any assistance or have questions, we are here to help. Right now it doesn’t appear to be working for me even when I do it right away my headache just gets worse. It feels better while using Nerovio but afterwards, when the sessions over , it just goes right to worse and I need to take sumatriptan.

Hi Karen. Nerivio leads to pain relief in 2 out of 3 people with migraine (67%) and to pain freedom in more than 1 out of 3 (39%). However, every individual experiences migraine differently, and as with any migraine treatment, not everyone benefits from Nerivio. In such cases, the migraine attack itself may continue and even worsen with time, which is the natural progress of untreated migraine attacks. In other words, the worsening of an attack may result from the patient being not responsive to the treatment, not from the treatment itself. It may take some time to become accustomed to using the device and app and determine the optimal intensity level for you. I can connect you with our Nerivio Cares support team. I was wakened by the migraine, so I put it on after taking my Rx, but neither seemed to help. I was awake for over 2 hours and when I did fll asleep it was still a light sleep. I'm exhausted now.

Migraine haven't improved yet. I only used it 4 times on an onset of a severe headache. So I'm giving it more time.

I've used nervio 3 times for an actual headache. 1 time the treatment stopped the headache for about an hour after treatment. The 2ndctime it inky helped while wearing an active nerivio. 3rd time it seems to have helped longer but I also used triptan.

I don't know if it's doing anything or not but my arm is sore two days later like I worked out and I couldn't figure it out and then I realized I did a treatment. No big deal about the pain it's the level I had it set up so I switched to the other arm today and kept it lower and we will see what happens.

Easy to use. Not sure if it’s working yet. Need to give it more time. Wish they would not send a new arm band each time you get a refill. Not v environmentally friendly. No need to get a new arm band each time. On website says insurance eligible but when I called they said vast majority (almost all if not all) don’t take insurance so feel like that is a bit of false advertising. When I called with a few questions, I’m not sure I got answers. So this review is really about the whole package not just the device.

I have TBI. I think my preventative use is helping keep the severity down most of the time. Not sure how much longer I can afford it. Sad my insurance won’t cover.

I have had mixed experiences. One day I had an early morning headache, used the device, felt lightheaded after and had a 2 day migraine. Today I used the device and the slight headache I had is gone. I have a second devise on the way so I will see how the next month goes.
