Hi Tamodarane, Nerivio can be used at any time through out your day. For acute treatment: Start at the onset of migraine symptoms - as soon as you feel a migraine attack beginning. Studies show treating early can double treatment efficacy. For prevention (if recommended by your healthcare provider): Start using Nerivio every other day, regardless of whether you have a migraine that day. You can begin at any convenient time. (Tip: best when you make Nerivio part of your day to day routine :) Each treatment lasts 45 minutes for optimal results.

“Ich bräuchte einen längeren Beobachtungszeitraum um bessere Aussagen machen zu können. Der Kalender ist viel zu komplex und es dauert zu lange ihn auszufüllen. Es kann tatsächlich sein, dass ich nach einer Nerivio Anwendung weniger Medikamente brauche um eine Besserung zu erreichen.”

“Nerivio alone doesn’t improve my migraines. It only works when used together with my medication. Without the pills, it either has no effect or makes things worse. Based on my experience, it simply helps the medication work better.”

Here's some guidlines for effective acute treatment: 1. As with all acute migraine treatments, treating early is key to success and improved efficacy (preferably within 60 minutes of the start of your migraine). 2. Set an intensity that is strong yet comfortable and not painful. Setting the intensity below this point could decrease the efficacy of the treatment. In clinical trials, levels below 20% were found to be less effective by the majority of patients. 3. For effective results, complete the full 45-minute treatment. “Daily diary is partly too detailed and partly, if there is later in the day the necessity of medication I cannot modify and add. That is in convienient and not accurate. I do not yet know how Nerivio will have impact on my migraine; partly it helps, partly I had the Impression that some symptoms which I left behind such as nausea and sickness came back (?). When it helps it helps unforeseen; the pain leaves somewhat unexpectedly and unforeseen; but it is great that it has this impact; but unfortunately not always: the necessity of triptanes still is given for me.”

Select the relevant day on the calendar 3. Click the "Daily Health Tracking" button 4. Make your edits to add medication information To better track Nerivio's variable impact on your symptoms (including nausea), use the diary consistently every day. The diary helps you track patterns, symptom changes, and treatment effectiveness over time. You can also review your treatment data in the MyAnalytics tab, which shows how Nerivio affects your headaches and associated symptoms. If you have treated with Nerivio and have not experienced relief/freedom, or the migraine has returned, you may administer additional treatments on the same day. We recommend you switch arms between treatments. We further recommend you reach out to your HCP with any additional questions.

“I have trouble telling how much it helps physically because my migraines can vary in intensity. It makes me feel a little bit more in control though. It makes me feel like there's at least something that I can do in an attempt to take care of myself and alleviate my symptoms which can feel debilitating and unbearable.”

“Handhabung ist wirklich leicht auch d9ie App ist selbsterklärend. Der Klebstoff am Gerät lässt schon nach 4 Behandlungen deutlich nach. Bei Migräne hat es, bis jetzt, nur leicht, bis garnicht geholfen. Bei Nackenschmerzen/steifigkeit war die Wirkung etwad besser.”

Here's some tips that may help maintain the electrodes adhesive, though the decrease in stickiness will not decrease treatment efficacy: · The armband is designed to provide maximum electrode contact with the skin of the arm. There is no need for the device to strongly stick to the skin for normal operation, the armband shall help to secure the device on the arm. · If the electrodes begin losing adhesion, gently rub one or two drops of water onto the gel surface to extend usage, leave it for 10 minutes, and then reapply the protective film. Do not forget to redistribute water drops over the electrode surface before waiting for 10 minutes. A couple of times shall be sufficient, but don't do the 2nd time right after the 1st time, give it a few hours. · Between treatments, the electrodes should be covered with the provided protective film and the device should be stored in its original package. Based on our clinical studies and feedback from users, we recommend using Nerivio about 4-5 times to evaluate its efficacy for aborting your migraine attacks. “I am using nerivio to prevent migraine, But this is less effective. I have severe migraine symptoms as like nausea, loose bowel movements, muscle pain, pressure in the head, photophobia, phonophobia, pain in head, neck, shoulder. But I have not taken pain relif tablets. I am use this device with migraine prevent tablets, it little helps to reduce migraine symptoms slowly. Over all not good and not bad”

“Es pronto para valorar su eficacia. Yo lo estoy usando de forma preventiva a días alternos. Como inconveniente, los electrodos no se adhieren bien ya des de el primer uso. Al no aguantarse bien dificulta que te lo puedas poner sin ayuda. Otra sugerencia sería que doblaran al español las aplicaciones de relajación y demás que tiene el dispositivo. Gracias!”
