It gives me 15% relief during the second half of the treatment. All benefits expire at the conclusion of the treatment itself. There are no lasting effects.

Ineffective. I usually wake up with one, so I hope I'm in the 1st 60 minutes. Using other meds at the same time will deplete my resources and leave me without meds.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Nerivio can be used to treat your migraines at any time. Our clinical data, however, show that Nerivio is more effective when used right when the symptoms start, therefore it is recommended to start treatments with Nerivio within 60 minutes of migraine headache or aura onset. Nerivio can also be used for additional treatment sessions if the migraine headache is not relieved or if it reoccurs. Please consult with your doctor for further instructions on use. As someone with pretty severe migraines, I haven't noticed the nervivio actually making a difference.... I've only tried it four times so far. No success.

Worthless! Doesn't work at all it's a hyped up tens unit that doesnt charge so you have to buy more! What a scam! Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Samsung s21 shows up in bt every time but app can't connect to it connects when it feels like it so damn disappointed

The app is terrible! The first time I used the device once I had to try and connect multiple times and finally got connected but tried to use it first a second time today and no matter what I tried I couldn't get the Bluetooth connect at all ever so just suffered a migraine without any treatment- also the device didn't actually help the one time I was able to connect! I would definitely not recommend nerivio!

After 3 uses no help. The first was as soon as I woke up with a headache, no help. The next 2 uses started at the onset with no positive result after 45 minutes. I will try again. Just wanted you to VPN know the current situation. Thanks, Bruce

So far I have only had three treatments, but I have had no relief. My migraines get worse while I use Nerivio, and intensifies my migraines during use. My migraines are worse after as well, and I always have to use a triptan. My arm is also too sore to lay on afterwards.

The Nerivio Pivotal trial found Nerivio to be a safe and effective acute migraine treatment.  In the Nerivio Pivotal trial the device related adverse event rate was 2.7%.  Device-related adverse events included warm sensation, temporary arm/hand numbness, redness, itching, tingling, muscle spasm, and pain in the arm. All device-related adverse events were mild, resolved within 24 hours and did not require medical treatment.  If you ever have any questions or concerns, please give us a call at Nerivio Cares at (937)‐637‐4846 Monday‐Friday 8am‐8pm ET.

Nerivio® is a remote electrical neuromodulation (REN) device that is FDA-cleared for acute treatment of migraine with or without aura and in migraine patients 12 years of age or older. ​ Nerivio® was tested for migraine with aura, without aura, chronic migraine, and menstrual migraine. There are no FDA exclusions for any sub-type of migraine. The safety and effectiveness of the device have not been evaluated for headaches other than migraines. Initially, Nerivio helped. After my 5th use, I developed a loud ringing in my ears, intense vertigo and nausea, and disorientation. It has taken weeks to get my balance back. I would not recommend it to anyone nor will I ever use it again.

I’ve tried the Nerivio 4 times at the early onset and it did not help me. It actually seemed to make the migraine worse during the 45 min treatment. I had to take a triptan after each treatment.

Mine the Rivieo came with an arm band that was too long to wrap around my arm and secure the device tightly. I woke up with a migraine and put it off trying the new reveal because I had been told that new reveal was sending me a shorter or a band And wanted to wait until then. The migraine can I help control and say used as a face for a session while holding it on my arm, but one side of the electrode pads slid away and out of position. I have contacted Nerivio Customer Service and sent photos of the device as it looks now as requested. I am waiting to hear back. The device did not help my migraine; whether that is because I waited too long to try it or because I did not have a proper arm band that fit, I do not know. Nerivio should ask when ordering what size arm you have. If I had known the arm band would be so long I would have told them that my arm is the width of anadolescenct’s

In my 1st use i felt weak electric current flaw ,witch i couldn't change the strength,but the migraine passed away after 45 ', in my second use,after one day,i didn't sense any flaw ,i don't know if it worked at all,after 45' the migraine did not disappear, i need technical help for my next use,thanks,yael,. 0522693403

This device has little to no effect on my Migraine headaches. I used the device when I believed to have the "Onset" of a migraine headache and it failed to "abort" the headache. I have also tried the Cefaly Dual device and it had little effect on the overall migraine cycle. However while I use the Cefaly it seems to provide some temporary relief. I do not get any relief from migraine pain at all when I use the Nerivio device, so it is basically a waste of time. I also do not like the idea of only having 12 treatments and then I have to replace the device for about $50. For about $50 I can buy 6 electrodes to use with the Cefaly Dual device. The Cefaly device is rechargeable and lasts for years. I would rather keep using the Cefaly Dual device because I think it is more cost effective for me than the Nerivio device. Update: Apparently after the company received my review they weren't pleased with it. The company emailed me asking if I would consider "revising" it. They suggested that since I had more time with the device since I submitted my original review, I therefore should have a more positive opinion of it. Here are their exact words: "Thank you for your review. Would you mind revising it or changing your rating now that you have had time to get to know your Nerivio device a little better?" I was not pleased with their response to my honest review suggesting that I should "revise" it because I had the product longer. Their response makes me feel like I don't know what I'm talking about. What I know for sure is that the device doesn't work for me. The way the device stimulates the nerves in my arm is ineffective at treating my migraine attacks. What I do not like is the company expecting me to write a better review after having the device longer because the original review makes their product look bad. I first started using the device at the end of March and I believe that I had it long enough to know whether it works for me or not. I so far used the device 8 times and haven't noticed any reduction in migraine pain, even when I use it at or near the "onset" of the attack. The device is not going to suddenly work after 8 failed treatments. I made the following changes to my survey responses: "How did you communicate with the company?": I changed my response to email because my doctor sent in my Nerivio prescription to you and you responded by sending me an email. I clicked the link in the email to complete the enrollment process and got an error that the data entered was invalid and that I needed to call. I then called and completed the enrollment process. So I communicated with the company via Email and Telephone. "How would you rate the customer service you received?": I changed my rating from "Very Good" to "Very Poor" because of the company's response to my negative review of their product. The Nerivio device may be simple to use, but the Cefaly device is even simpler. The Cefaly device requires no app to use and activates with a push of a button. Apparently Trigeminal neurostimulation works better for my migraines, and whatever nerve that the Nerivio device stimulates doesn't work at all.
