Doesn't help. Adhesive electrodes don't adhere after two uses.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the stinckiness of your gel electrode pads. Here are some tips for maintaining the gel electrode pads: • Please make sure the arm is clean and free of any lotions or oils that may be present. Every four treatments, or sooner, place a drop or two of water on the gel electrodes and replace the protective film for storage between treatments. • When not in use, your Nerivio Device should be stored at room temperature, away from any vents or extreme temperature or humidity changes. The armband is provided to ensure that the electrodes maintain adequate contact. The stickiness of the gel electrode pads is not necessary for the function of the electrodes, or the stimulation felt. •To simplify the use of the armband - create a circle with chosen armband size and insert the Nerivio Device into the armband before sliding the armband and device into the proper position on your upper arm. Then, simply tighten the armband to ensure contact of the electrodes with the upper arm. You are welcome to give us a call and we will be happy to assist you if further help is needed. This is my second device because when I attempted to use it twice in a week it would not allow me too.

Thank you for letting us know. You may be having trouble with connectivity. Here are some simple steps you can follow: 1. Make sure Bluetooth is turned “on” on your phone. Do not try to pair the device from the Bluetooth menu. 2. Place the device next to the phone on a table. (If the device is on your arm please remove when connecting.) 3. Turn on the device by pushing the power button (green light will flash slowly). 4. Open the Nerivio App on your phone. 5. Select connect device. You will see a spinning wheel and will be asked to pair the device. 6. When the green “start” icon appears in the center of the screen, you are connected and ready to treat! If these steps do not work, you may need to restart your phone and try again. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to call Nerivio Cares at 1-937-637-4846, Monday-Friday 8am-8pm EST.

Yesterday i used Nerivio i had a mild headache. I didn’t want to take medicine i went to sleep instead hoping that it will go away. Unfortunately this morning the headache is much stronger and i have to take a strong pill to continue my day

What makes me give Nerivio a 1 star is that it doesn’t give me any relief on my migraine. The people who work there, communicate with us, etc. are absolutely wonderful and it’s the same on how the system works. I’m glad it helps on other people and provides them with relief, but it just didn’t do that for me. If anything it also sort of made my migraine pain worse. So keep up the good work guys!

Terrible customer service. I’ve called 3 times about a replacement arm band and still haven’t received one. I also have a valid prescription but am getting a message through the app that it’s expired. I can’t even use this device since I don’t have an arm band.

A new armband was previously overnighted to you. Please let us know if you have not received it. Unfortunately, prescriptions do have a 12-month expiration, regardless of how many refills are remaining. We are happy to see that the pharmacy was able to get a new prescription from your provider. Please also let us know if you have not received your refill as well.

I haven’t noticed anything helpful with Nerivio. I’ve done 4 treatments so far and always take a triptan after to take care of it.

Unfortunately, it has no effect on my migraines; I’ve tried it several times now, usually right at the onset.

It connected when I first received it. Now I need treatment and it will not connect

Please call Nerivio customer support at 937-637-4846 and we will assist you. In the meantime, here are some steps you can try to resolve the connectivity issue. Please do not skip any steps. 1. Nerivio has not helped with my migraines. I still have to take medication with or after using it.

Nerivio intensified my migraines and did not work for me, just made things worse. I am working with my neurologist with new preventive medications that are working. Please do not continue to contact me. I have informed the pharmacy that I will not be renewing prescriptions. Thank you.

It hurt my arm even on a low setting. On the lowest selling it was irritating me. I might try it one more time.

To me it does not help unfortunately. In addition, I do not connect to the method in which each treatment costs money, offers to change the method to the monthly rental cost of the device, so that we do not have to think twice before operating the device.
