It is important to follow some key tips: 1. Based on the usage directions from your healthcare provider, treat early for effective accute treatment and/or treat regularly every other day for effective migraine prevention. 2. Set an intensity that is strong but comfortable. Use the + to increase the intensity until it feels strong yet comfortable and not painful. Setting the intensity below this point could decrease the efficacy of the treatment. In clinical trials, levels below 20% were found to be less effective by the majority of patients. 3. Complete a full treatment. For effective results, complete the full 45-minute treatment. I am using this Device since Nov 2024 but didn't observed any significant improvement in the frequency of Migrane attack. Even didn't get temporary relief when I use this device during migraine.

Only two treatments in, but it disconnects from the app even though inches away and some videos don’t play properly A month in, this device is showing no effect at all as a preventative and on several days I have developed a migraine after using it….. I’m n the UK and have had no response from the help contact in response to my queries and am wondering why?

Thanks for letting us know. Always make sure you have the latest version of the Nerivio app, and if this issue continues, follow the below steps to troubleshoot this problem: 1. Turn your phone off and back on. 2. Turn Bluetooth off and back on again in the settings menu. Do not try to pair the device from the Bluetooth menu. 3. Place the device next to the phone on a table. (If the device is on your arm please remove it when connecting.) 4. Turn on the device by pushing the power button (green light will flash). 5. Open the Nerivio App on your phone. 6. Press the “Connect Nerivio” button. 7. Wait 10 seconds to see if the device automatically pairs or prompts you to pair for the first time. If this does not work, please contact Nerivio Cares at 937-637-4846 for further assistance.📞

I do not feel this has worked for me so far for any of my migraines . Your customer service is -1000 out of 10. They leave you waiting for answers forever in the chat or never come back and answer your question at all that they started to answer. I'm still waiting on help.

I don't really see it working, it is possible maybe it helps tiny but I don't hv confident when I use it that my migraine will go away

Hi Gary, Thanks for your feedback. Nerivio leads to pain relief in 2 out of 3 people with migraine (67%) and to pain freedom in more than 1 out of 3 (37%). As in all treatments for migraine, not everyone benefits from Nerivio. In such cases, the migraine attack itself may continue and even worsen with time, which is the natural progress of untreated migraine attacks. In other words, worsening of an attack may result from the patient not being responsive to the treatment, not considered a side effect from the treatment itself. Hi, Chetana. Thank you for letting us know Nerivio has not worked for you yet. Based on our clinical studies and feedback from users, we recommend using Nerivio about 4-5 times to evaluate its efficacy for aborting your migraine attacks. Otherwise, if you have treated with Nerivio and have not experienced relief/freedom, or the migraine has returned, you may administer additional treatments on the same day. We recommend you switch arms between treatments. Nerivio Cares customer support (support@nerivio.com / 866-637-4846) is also available to help you get the most effective treatment with your Nerivio, and please consult your healthcare provider with any additional questions.

So far the app is incredibly glitchy. It glitched, ended a treatment after 1 minute and counted that as a full treatment. I called customer service who kept saying that I ended the treatment pre-maturely and accusing me of doing it when I was insisting that their app glitched. They could not fathom a glitch nor admit to it and kept saying “this was you.” It used an entire treatment. Customer service is literally pointless. This is the second time I’ve called them. The first was a glitch with their website where I couldn’t check out and the first person just got rude and said “yes it happens what do you want me to do about it?” I called again and the Second Lady realized it was a problem and escalated it to IT to have it rectified. I swear their customer service is garbage. Is the device worth all this? Doubtful. I’ve let others know to stay away in migraine forums. What a dumpster fire

After 3 sittings my brain started paining severely. I could feel pain on touching my skull. I would not recommend this product. Doesn't seem to be safe product.

It's useless for chronic migraine conditions. Don't waste your money. I lost 14k which is monthly income here for any middle class family in India. It's all business for doctors and nerivio company. Sales team forces you to take this device and promise 50% refund if it didn't worked. When you ask them to refund as promised they make excuses. So this is only business they don't care for patients at all.
