“I ordered the wrong IPad cover. Snugg gave me prompt info as to how I needed to return the incorrect unit. I did so and the correct unit was shipped promptly. I consider this very good customer service. Had I read all the info on ordering I would have gotten the correct cover the first time. There was ample info on how to tell how to identify your pad cover - I just didn't read it - maybe it should be more obvious in the ordering instructions. Still excellent customer service.”
“Yes, I have already dropped my Ipad air 2 but I was lucky. I had put my sungg on it the day before and it was not damaged at all inside our out. The sungg is exactly what it means it fits your I pad in so closely it reminds me of a warm fitting pair of gloves that fits you perfectly not letting any snow or cold get in. So thats my review now being an owner of 3 weeks.
