“Thought I had a problem and emailed. Received a response within 5-10 minutes. Very helpful and determined the "problem" was on my end and we laughed. Alex was very helpful and I wish all companies has support people like him. I sent the email for help at around 8:00 pm Eastern time so I was very surprised to get a response back within 10 minutes that wasn't a form letter.”
