“ So basically we had to buy a few gifts(mainly toys) and we found the CloudPets that we were interested in. Since we had to buy about 12, we asked the lady if she could offer us a further discount. She said there was no policy for that, but offered to give us her Staff discount, which meant we received another 10% on an already discounted item. Couldn't have asked for more. Thanks for the excellent customer service ”
