“Last two times I ordered from here they put my order on hold awaiting payment after I already paid in full. They will get it figured out eventually”

Hi Brian, As mentioned in our private communications, all orders are automatically placed on hold until your payment to us is verified. It is a manual process. Payment verifications occur during normal business hours. I am sorry that this process frustrated you because you didn’t understand how our system works. The great news is your payment that you made while we were closed on Saturday night has been verified. Your order has already been packed and is awaiting pickup by the courier. I hope that you will revise this review for us. You could tell people why you came back for a second order. You could talk about our products.
