If I could give no stars I would . They are crooks plain and simple they will con you into leaving a deposit even though it’s cash on delivery they then won’t deliver as stated and refuse to return the deposit . Please please please stay back !!!!!

my friend recently got a sofa and i ordered the exact same as my friend not long after, but when the sofa came it was a completely different colour, the cushions were stuck down(hers were not) and it just looked completely different all together. i tried messaging the company to see if they could replace it and they blocked me so i couldn’t message them. They also left one of my sofas in my door frame and left. I got the sofas set up and the 3 seater was faulty and already squeaking. I would not recommend this place

Absolutely dreadful my sofa has broken and they have blocked me so I can’t contact them. I saved hard for the sofas and I’m absolutely devastated 🥲

My sofa broke and they wouldn’t do anything and then because I quoted the consumer act they blocked me

AVOID AT ALL COSTS This company gave very quick service taking my order and deposit after 3 different delivery dates i haven’t received my order now Iv been blocked and still no refund through PayPal SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!

Do not order had sofa delivered marked all I asked could corner part be changed blocked on face book very poor customer service

I placed an order 22nd October and made payment in full via bank transfer, once confirming that i would received delivery of my sofas 1st November (as if not then i would have needed to look elsewhere due to the urgency) in which this was confirmed. I sent several emails leading up to 1st Nov and confirmed again that delivery was still going ahead. I then called the afternoon 1st November after no driver had shown up, to be told my sofa was actually out of stock - much to my annoyance as i was now £700 down and without any sofas, therefore requested to cancel and an immediate refund to be processed so i could look elsewhere. After several calls, emails, and facebook messages were ignored i was advised i would receive a refund in 14 days (may i add the attitude of the staff on facebook was horrendous, see photos) however by 21st Nov i hadn't received my refund, and hadn't heard back from Josh the manager as promised for 3 weeks. I eventually received a response from Josh 30th November apologising for his poorly trained staff and that i had infact now waited a month for a refund or response. Again, i was promised a refund a week later and received nothing, complained again, was told another date, guess what next? No refund. It wasnt until 30th November when i finally received the funds in my account. So unless you would like to be left out of pocket, without sofas, and a case opened with trading standards - i would NOT recommend booking and read the honest reviews on trustpilot for customers in my shoes.
