“I bought a bundle of bare-root plants and bulbs. A third of the bare-root plants failed to germinate/survive, and upon planting I realised that the Acidanthera bulbs had been substituted with more Gladioli. So not a great experience. Still decent value, but beware that you have to be flexible over what you might end up with”
“We have bought Geranium Best Red for several years and all have been good. However this year they have been very poor, different colour flowers and flower heads very poor.
After many years it now seems time for a change.”
“Received my order today hanging baskets 2x plants look OK but disappointed that they are in cheap plastic pots still waiting for the rest of my order apparently delayed 🙃 this is my first order and have just read reviews and not good .”
“I ordered from Thompson and Morgan three times starting beginning of April 2020 amounting to about 60pounds. I was warned about delay due to covid19. The last order I placed arrived on time and in good condition. Tomato plants (ordered beginning of April) arrived 23 May in damaged containers with no padding and completely squashed and completely dry. I have not received an order for Geraniums also ordered beginning of April. I have been unable to get in touch either by e-mail or phone. I am now working with Resolver hoping to get some suitable response. I am however getting daily ads for their products by e-mail. I have never received such appalling service and would add that in the meantime I have received excellent service from other on-line garden centres. I would never use Thompson and Morgan again and certainly would not recommend them to others.”
“I have read the 'reviews on this site and feel really sorry for the people who have placed orders which have cost a lot of money. I ordered a buddleia in a pot in February. It was due to arrive in April. The money was taken from my account when I ordered it. Despite sending e mails I have heard nothing. Shameful

“There is no customer service at Thomson and Morgan at present. They have stopped receiving phone calls. Emails of complaint receive a reply saying they are very busy and don't email them again. Plug plants, which are little bigger than seedlings, were ordered in mid March and still not arrived.Checking status on line numerous times just states "short dalays , 14 days delays" etc. Too late in season now if these plants ever arrive.
I am bombarded with other offers but would never use them again.They shoulld not be accepting money and orders if they cannot fulfil them.”
“This is my 2nd review and it's only fair I give an honest review now my plants have arrived.
I recieved an e-mail yesterday to say they had been dispatched and then an e-mail this morning to say they will be delivered today between 8am and 12pm. The plants arrived approx 11am in good condition, the soil still moist. I would have given 5 stars but for the lack of communication and the fact they were still taking orders when they were obviously struggling.
