Terrible company. Plants took a week to come after dispatch ( although I suppose that isn’t their fault) box was squashed and all the plants were dead (again not their fault) So I sent them an email with photos asking them to investigate. However, after a week I heard nothing so rang them. I spoke to someone very unhelpful , he asked me the exact plant I ordered. I only had the order number and only ordered one type of plant! Surely they could trace it from that! he said he needed to know the exact name I asked for the manager but was told you can’t speak to a manager and it needed to fill in a form and send it to somebody to call you back which wasn’t convenient as I was on my lunch break at work. When said he was being unhelpful he hung up. I rang back again and got someone else , I explained it all but was cut off . I rang back a third time got through to someone who said a refund had been placed today already and then I was cut off again. Terrible terrible service would never order from such company again please keep well clear. !

If I could give minus stars I would I’ve spent over £500 with T&M this year and the plants have been rubbish and Royal Mail delivery even worse so many packets damaged. The biggest problem is plugs that have sweated in the box and just rotted and week spindly plugs plants that have been in their growing pod’s much to long customer services at T&M are excellent if you phone but you never get a reply to emails even though it says someone will reply to your emails within 72 hours

I bought a tree last year July from them and should be delivered November but until April still nothing delivered also keep putting back the delivery date but didn’t keep the promises so never will buy from them again

I bought a packet of tomato seed. There were only five seeds in a packet that cost €5.50. Only two germinated. Other varieties sown from older seed planted the same time and in the same seed compost germinated well. I complained and was told they would send me a replacement packet of seed. They then reneged a week later saying they can’t post to Ireland.

I placed three separate orders for flowers and small trees from Thompson & Morgan using a voucher. Unfortunately, I received only one of the three orders. The other two packages never arrived, despite the fact that they were fully paid for. I contacted Thompson & Morgan Customer Service to ask about the missing deliveries, but I never received any response. It is extremely disappointing and unprofessional that a company would completely ignore a customer who is simply asking about orders that were paid for but never delivered. This lack of communication and failure to resolve a basic issue is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Customers deserve proper service, clear communication, and delivery of the products they paid for.

Lychnis Chalcedonica trial price 99p *with any other purchase from T&M seed range RRP £2.99 AVE 60 seeds Marshalls sell Unwins Lychnis Chalcedonica 200 seeds £2.49 Deceitful marketing. Mrs bought 100 bulbs, 75% didn't emerge. Rosa cutie pie purchased March 2025, finally shipped August 2025. Thompson & Morgan basically saying this is normal, they'll flower in 2026. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere, unless you like cheap and dishonest.

I use to buy plants online. The plugs plants never survived. I bought 2 Acer via Amazon. It took weeks to arrive. Plants were saplings. +/-£13 each. They both did not survive. Peonies were soft and rotting. Avoiding this company.

Avoid using this company. Placed order and payment taken, given several weeks as delivery time but never recieved. No response to communication. Don't risk throwing your money away.

This company is disgraceful. Plants are dead and tiny pots impossible to work with. Cannot trace my order. £18 Was a waste of money AVOID this company

Hopeless. Never again. I've never had such poor plants or bad service. Everything was small (or smaller than small). No helpfulness on delivery dates, all arrived at different times. One - despite promises of arriving before I was going away - came a whole month and a half late (and I was by that time away again) and was tiny.

Ordered 72 perenials and fell for 'offers' and bought a further 36 pack for 5.99.Reived dispatch detail however after 8 days they had nit arrived.Complained and the 5.99 pack arrived.This was june and plants were advertised as 1 week dispatch .I chased for the 72 pack to be told they would be end of July. 30th July chased abd told it was still July then received a delay until 2/i and then the order was cancelled.Awaiting refund !They have sold these 72 packs oc perenials all summer so not sure why I ws stoll waiting 9 weeks later.Next year I'm just getting seeds!

Three years running I have ordered the Cornel Brons Dahlia and each year I have been sent something else. This year I also ordered a Purple Fox Dahlia in the hope they might get one part of my order right but neither were. They sent me two yellow Dahlias (I strongly dislike yellow dahlias). Not only were they the wrong colour but they sent cactus Dahlias instead of ball varieties. If I could give Thomson & Morgan no stars I would.

I spent £130 on a tree that arrived diseased. When I requested either a replacement or a refund they offered £20 off code. Please do not purchase plants from them.

bought sumer bulbs of freesia which I stated in a request for review from the company were very small. Got a response saying they were sure I would be happy but not a single one grew, just stayed dormant in the soil, tying up a planter for months.

I paid £4.99 for a packet of Shirley tomato f1 seeds. I set them in good compost four weeks ago in a heated propagator. Not one seed has germinated. How fresh ate these seeds?.do the staff spent the winter repacking seeds and then change the sell by date

I have set Shirley f1 tomato seeds twice now.these seeds are not cheap 4.99 per packet. Set in heated propagator. At a temp of 65 .not one has germinated. Again. I have now had to visit a local garden centre to buy plants at a cost of £2 each..I do not have money to burn
