“ Placed an order for my dad's retirement celebration. After the delivery date passed with no updates, I finally contacted their customer support chat and they said they were holding the order until I called them to verify my information. I asked what information they needed and he couldn't tell me unless I called them. I just had them cancel my order. Not worth the headache of dealing with them. ”

“ Watch out for scam they enroll you in this total value scam. You dont see it coming. Its 14.95 a month and they just take it out of your checking account. This could cause a multitude of problems like NSF checks. Dont go on website please go somewhere else. By the way first delivery was great. Second never happened. Ruin your week or month and order from Thomson cigars. ”
