“This is not a good honest shop. I bought a top and they sent a different one that was cheaper then on phoning back I agreed to keep the top but for them to give me a code with the discount on. They did that but now I’ve come to use the code guess what!!!!!! No discount! Very bad service don’t trust!

“It took them a whole 14 DAYS (2 full weeks) before POSTING 2 of my items. The rest they decided they had no stock at all and refunded me.
No communication other then told they can't cancel my order as it was set as "gathering your items" and have to wait for it to arrive to send back.
Now day 15... Still yet to have anything.
I gave up in day 9 and bought new clothes in 20 minutes in the shopping centre.
Even ordering stuff on Chinese websites ships and arrives faster then thread ships out.
Not happy. Will never use it again.”
“Clothes are recommended by a bad algorithm, not by your assigned personal stylist. This was confirmed to me by Thread and by my stylist. I am constantly shown items that I know are not available in my size. Unfortunately the only way to get appropriate recommendations is to deal directly with the stylist, but he takes a week or more to respond and then seems to know less about clothes than I do.”
