“I was disappointed. I bought 2 pair and one was supposed to have gingerbread men on it and I got a plain white sock (with dog pic i sent in only) instead. I sent a message back about this and nothing…no response or correct sock either.”

“I ordered 2 pair and unfortunately did not receive them as someone likely stole them from our mailbox. It would be great if they could be shipped via UPS or some other way that would make it more difficult to steal.”

“The blanket was great cuz you could actually see the characteristics of my dog’s face. However, the socks and the mug were terrible. The picture on the mug was too small and blurry and I couldn’t see my dogs eyes and face on the socks.”

“The sock material is not particularly comfortable no does it breathe. Also my long hair cut's ruff was completely cut off his face making him look like a different short hair cat.”

“The photo is fantastic! No issues there at all, they cropped the photo brilliantly and the quality of the print is also great. However the actual sock is almost like it’s been printed the wrong way, my fiance said it feels like the thicker bit of the sock is on top of his foot rather than the bottom but because of the ankle bit he can’t just turn it around and because we are in Australia it took about a month to get them here so I don’t want to look at sending them back. Probably just a mistake but a little disappointing.”

“I ordered the smallest size I could for a child, and based on the description of the size it should’ve been perfect for him. When they came, though, they’re WAY too big, and the packaging doesn’t say what size the socks are. (I thought maybe they got made with the wrong size and we could just switch them, but I have no way to know.) He was so excited about them but he can’t even wear them because they’re too big :(”

“I ordered a pair of socks and selected the option to have three dogs on them. I received them with just one instead of all three. Additionally, there was little in the way of tracking offered on the products I ordered. I ordered them and three weeks later they randomly showed up at my door. In today’s age, most online businesses show you what’s going on every step of the way. The blanket I ordered was very nice though and seems to be pretty high quality.”
