“The journey that commenced as a hopeful investment opportunity took a sharp turn towards devastation, resulting in a loss of $97,100. “Horrid company that has someone managed to fake their reviews. I paid extra for expedited shipping and the tracking says shipped but never delivered or even came close to my address. I asked for a refund and of course they refused. Per other reviews the product is terrible yet website reviews and Amazon reviews are great.”

“I ordered a fleece blanket from here. Fleece blankets are supposed to be soft and cuddly. The blanket I received is stiff and feels like felt. I ordered a blanket from here before a couple years back and the quality was great. Obviously it's not the same quality now. Their FAQ says to reach out to them if there are issues - I have now emailed 3 times and no response and that is the only option for contacting them. I do not actually think they have customer support! I have been scammed out of $50.”

“FRAUD!!!! Nowhere on my order did they mention that I was going to be enrolled in their digital content service which is around $40/month. I paid for expedited shipping and it arrived 2 weeks later. Places like this are the worst”

“Beware. Customer service is awful. Socks were damaged with holes when they arrived. No live person to talk to. Only email. They promised a new pair would be sent. Over a month later they say they are still processing the order.”

“This was as Christmas present for my wife. What started off to be a $20 dollar order doubled. There was a $5 fee for Navidium shipping protection plus a $7 fee for express printing. Website to be delivered before Christmas. Arrived after Christmas. The worst fact of them all is the quality of the socks. This material is so thin I have dress socks thicker than it. Dont buy!! Besides the fees the material is so thin. SAVE YOUR MONEY.”

“I ordered a blanket as a Christmas gift and they sent me the wrong blanket. I reached out to them and they emailed me right away that they were going to fix it and they just needed a pic of the blanket I received. I sent it to them and that was it, never heard back from them, I sent another email and crickets.”

“Would give it a negative score if it allowed! Socks are CHEAP, printed horrible with lines thru the print and shadows and my white dog is green on one of the pairs! Several attempts for a refund and keep getting “ we are checking into it “ responses! GO ELSEWHERE to shop”

“Awful experience horrible customer service they put in the wrong address and sent it to the wrong address and when I immediately said it wasn’t the address I entered manually they told me they would fix it and they never did. Then I was told I’d get a replacement and I never did. No phone number for contact should have known then they don’t care.”

“this company is a total scam. i never received my order. you can only contact them by email; no phone number provided. in response to my emails, they send me form letters within one minute that are long and detailed to make me think they're legit, but they are clearly form letters they send to everyone. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. the worst part is now I don't have xmas gifts for two people..”
