This order was returned because it was the wrong item. Free Replacement was ordered on November 30 (order no. 2794363). It's now January 2 and still not received. Very poor customer service. I spent $35+ and have NO SOCKS. Never again, Pup Socks!!!

They ship 3rd class so don't expect to receive it by a certain date, my order took 3 weeks to arrive from Georgia to Dallas Texas. It sat in the DFW postal warehouse for 2.5 weeks. Additionally, "blanket" is a poor description of the product, more like a towel to be honest and not even a beach towel size. The image quality is ok but my 3 white dogs are more ivory in the finished product. It was a waste of my $80.00 and I'll never purchase anything from them again. Save your money and give someone paintings of the pets.

Terrible material - they are flat and don’t have any form for the ankle. I reached out to return them and no response.

I ordered some socks for my husband back in November and realized within the hour that I had gotten the wrong size. I went to their website to cancel the order and on the cancellation page their policy said if you cancel with 3 hours you got your money back. It also said in bold that if you just wanted to make changes to not cancel but rather to reach out to customer support. I reached out by email as there is no phone number and they took several days to respond and said at this point they couldn’t issue a refund. I just checked today and it looks like they changed their cancellation policy and now clearly state that no changes can be made but I would never order from them again because the experience felt so dishonest.

I never got the socks I’ve contacted PupSocks for update but have got no response I keep getting mail shots asking me to buy more socks If they were half as good at customer service I’m sure this issue would have been resolved by now

Socks were tube shape uncomfortable and not as pictured at all. Was sold as red and came as orange Christmas tube shaped socks…. Sad, don’t waste your money.

Not happy at all. The picture does not look like the one that I sent (THE CAT's LEFT EAR IS INCORRECT) I had added notes regarding the cat's left ear being 'clipped' and I needed it to match the picture in this regard. My notes was ignored. THEN, I sent and email to you folks 2-3 weeks ago about this and received NO RESPONSE. There is no phone number to reach you, either. Now it is too late to correct it and send me an accurate order that matches the photo as I need it by Christmas. Your Customer Service is unacceptable. I am extremely dissapointed.

Unfortunately the socks have not arrived. It hasn't moved past saying the package info has been started (which was December 2nd)

I was very disappointed in my pup socks, unfortunately! The quality of the faces of my dogs was poor, and the choice of shape they used for the pictures was not good either. Also, the quality of the socks was below what I had anticipated. I will not be ordering from pup socks again.

The picture on the Sox is terrible,doesn't even look like my dog.Shipping was very very slow.The price was very high. Very disappointed
