“My first pair were great and arrived in a timely manner. In early December I was advised that my second pair was shipped. I have never received them . I have sent three emails to customer support with no reply. At the same time you used without my permission my cats photo in an ad. I have finally disputed the charge based on ne receipt of product and no reply”

“I received a shirt that was not for a medium adult. I was barely large enough for a small child. I asked for a replacement and instructions for return. No response. The Christmas gift I had planned for my sister didn't happen. I wanted to rate the product a zero.”

“This company is a scam, They take orders and do not deliver, they send a delivery tracking number that is fake, Numerous complaints to the BBB including mine, No phone number to call, they do not answer emails, They have been fined in the past by the BBB for the same thing. Run far away from this company, I placed an order mid November and never received it”

“Thank you for asking. My first order was delivered promptly and just how I imagined it would look. I was pleased with my first order; however I ordered another pair well before Xmas, and it didn’t arrive until days after the holiday. This time, the image of my cat was cropped badly, and looked nothing like the artwork I had sent. I feel like Pupsocks should make good on my order by re- doing the image, as it didn’t match the picture I’d sent. If Pupsocks would do so at no additional cost to me, I would most likely order from them again. Not sure what happened, but I’m willing to give them a chance to rectify this matter. ( I downloaded two photos - The first is the picture I sent. The second shows how the original was cropped, which no longer looks like the original image.)”

“PupSocks sent the wrong socks with the correct dog on the plain sock. I reached out, sent pics of wrong socks. They stated they would replace it at no cost. I was still happy at this point, they would arrive before Christmas. Then on the 22nd of December I received what was supposed to be the correct socks. Nope not even my dog! Some random dog with again the wrong pattern. I asked for a refund, they told me I would get a refund but the amount was lower then the initial cost of the socks. Then to add to my frustration they sent a picture of the correct socks stating that my order was arriving soon. DO NOT ORDER from PupSocks.”

“Screwed up the order twice exactly the same way by misprint. Eventually I just requested a refund since they had multiple chances to get it right. Refunded my money AFTER Christmas”

“Poor quality product and ZERO customer service. I ordered two pairs of socks. The Dog Dad socks were VERY faded. Both sets of socks (Dog Dad and Dog Mom) were supposed to be the same color and are a gift for a husband and wife, but it is really obvious that the Dad socks are faded (like the machine was running out of ink when they were made) and the Mom socks were a bright blue. That said, neither pair of socks was comfortable to wear. I tried to email the company to fix the situation, but the email address would not allow in-coming mail... very convenient. This is a SCAM !!! Do NOT buy !”

“They never arrived. I have tried to contact Pupsocks and they just say that they were sent to me. I tried filing a claim with ups and they say I'm not in their system. I tried contact USPS and they said they never got it. I tried contacting Pupsocks again with no response. Now I filed a claim with PayPal and I'm waiting for Pupsocks to respond to that.”
