“Worst experience ever! I kept getting kicked off at the checkout, after three tries it finally went through. Unfortunately, I also got charged 3 times. There is no customer service to call, only email and they don't get back to you for days (there's a four hour window to cancel any purchases but how can you do that when there's no one who gets back to you?). So now I'm trying to get a refund for the two extra changes that went through of over $50 each. Not having any luck. I continue to email. I get the same copied & pasted bs response. Very dissatisfied, very disappointed.”

“Received quickly and the photo came out great. However, the sock quality is straight garbage!!! Would not recommend IF you want to actually wear the socks.”

“At this point, I'm only hoping to receive the order I made and paid for over a month ago at Pupsocks. Unfortunately, no one seems to be able to find out where my order is at the moment. Customer service has responded to my first emails, but it has not yet been solved and I have still not received my order at this moment.”

“The socks arrived, stuck to the glue of the packaging, but I didn’t know this until after I opened them. It ruined the material. I’ve been trying to get a refund or exchange, but no one is getting back to me. I do not recommend this product. With shipping they cost almost $40 and they weren’t a very nice material.”

“While the picture of the dog was perfect, the sock itself was hideous. I thought I was ordering a normal crew sock but what I got was a tube sock that was huge. This is a gift for a friend and I hope she will like it : I know she will for the picture of her dog but I doubt she'll love the actual sock. YUCK.”

“I was very disappointed with the PupSocks. Not the photo, that was cute, but the quality of the socks themselves. The material is rough, bad quality and there's no way the socks can fit a human foot. I bought them for my daughter for the Holidays and ended up just giving them to her as they wouldn't have made a very nice present. She agreed... photo cute, but the socks themselves are terrible. They weren't cheap and I would not order again.”

“They never arrived and when the asked PuoSocks what was going on in a "cut and paste" reply they told me to go and claim from the insurers. When I did try to claim the insurers said they had no record of me. I then reverted to PupSocks who as of now have ignored my email. The birthday the socks were for has come and gone so disappointment all around. Conclusion: PupSocks is a nice idea but the lack of delivery and computerized customer service mean that you should give these folks a miss. 1 star - do they deserve that?”

“All starts with an unexpeted $10 shipping taxes for overseas, then I was very disappointed with the graphics, I thought a human would check, but it doesn't seem to be: the patterns are offset from the background in random mode ... the quality is not excellent, even without expecting organic cotton it looks like coarse plastic. Size seems large but just about fits. The too thick material must be practical for printing, however it is not pleasant to wear and not really studied for people who would like to put on shoes! I am obviously very disappointed with this entire purchase. Of course, I should have been worrid by the poverty of the website: no overview of the socks, no informations on the material or on any additional shipping costs. you will understand I am very disappointed, do not be mistaken like me: this website is to be avoided.”

“I ordered pup sox about Octo. 12 and the recipient has still not received the sox. Apparently, they had to be "remade" . I only knew about this because I had to initiate contact with pupsocks to find out why Jocelyn hadn't received her gift. Nobody offered to discount the sox nor did they seem particularly disturbed about botching up an order. I was going to order 2-3 other pair of sox for Christmas presents, but I won't be doing that now.”
