“This company is a scam. Please go to the Better Business Bureau website to review them. They may have been a good company but now they are taking the money and running. What has out poor world come to. Disgusting!!!”

“I got the wrong order and the run around when trying to order a replacement and then communication stopped and I never got a replacement. It is March and I ordered in November.”

“I find it funny that PupSocks asked for my review considering I never received my order. They also did not answer any of my multiple messages through email, social media, or website contact until weeks after I disputed the charge with PayPal. Luckily, PayPal cleared the charge immediately without question. Maybe we can chalk this up to over extended workers during a busy holiday season, but when you send a customer a shipping label and 3 weeks later it still hasn’t moved, I call foul. Buyer beware.”

“Absolute trash. I got a pair of socks and a mug and they were low quality garbage. The socks weren't even shaped like socks they were just cheap elastic tubes that once stretched in the slightest distorts the image and turns the sock white because of the cheap material used. The mug was a 10¢ piece of trash with the smallest image posted on the mug. Honestly wasn't expecting a 10 oz. Basic white mug with an image of my dog that is the size of a dime. The image was darkened too so you really have to look at it for a few seconds to even realize what it is. Absolute garbage and I wish I could get my money back. I would not recommend this to anyone unless you plan to give it to someone as a gag gift that they will throw away. I honestly got more enjoyment breaking the mug than actually seeing it. I immediately threw the socks away after a 10 second use. Absolute trash, cheap products, I hope nobody else falls for the scam.”

“Everything about my order was HIDEOUS! From photos being poorly cropped to the backgrounds not being properly printed to the edge of ornaments. The LACK of empathy and TOTAL DISREGARD for customer service or satisfaction is DISGUSTING! NUMEROUS contacts sent and IGNORED or BRUSHED OFF! Never again! I WASTED so much TIME AND MONEY! I was too EMBARRASSED to give the GIFTS I loving purchased for family! (Note: the multiple photos shown are just a FRACTION of those taken, sent and no customer service response!)”

“Socks were delivered but the cat came out so dark you could not make out any detail. They offered to remake the socks for me and I told the person I bought them for that new socks were on the way. I sent a new picture to Pup socks in December, it is now February and they have not replaced the socks and they have not responded to my 2 follow up e-mails checking the status.”

“Took forever to arrive and whoever did the photo cut out messed it up. There were 2 dogs cuddled together and the person cut them out individually and it looked terrible. Really bad job guys, won't order again.”

“Terrible experience. Received the wrong order. I let customer service know and included photos of what I ordered vs what I received. I got an email back asking for photos so I sent photos again. I followed up and didn’t hear back. I finally submitted an issue with PayPal and PupSocks responded at that time asking AGAIN for photos. I heard nothing back after sending photos. Ultimately, PayPal issued me a refund.”

“I was so excited to order a blanket for Christmas for my daughter, but still have yet to receive it months after ordering. I was originally sent the wrong blanket (wasn’t what I ordered and had a dog face of someone else’s dog, not the one I submitted). I reached out to customer service. They assured me a corrected blanket was on the way and would get to our house by Christmas (I first ordered Dec 1). It’s now Feb 2, customer service does not respond to my emails. I have no blanket and no refund. Total waste of $70.”

“I was excited by the idea of your socks and wanted to give them as presents last Xmas. But while I loved the photos I wasn't impressed with the quality of the socks. Made of thin nylon material and styled similarly to a tube sock, I doubt that these gifts have even been worn. They look cheap. I feel that it was a waste of my money.”

“Y’all are a joke for a company. Not only did I reach out to you that you got my order wrong a week before Christmas but I never even heard back or a solution to the fact that you got my order completely wrong and sent someone else’s order to my house. I reached out to you multiple times through email and Instagram with no response. Horrible experience and ruined a great surprise for my wife to get a blanket from a recently passed dog. I have written terrible reviews on your Instagram and have advise people to never shop from you guys ever.”

“I never received my product and when I tried to reach out via email i kept getting alerts that the email was not deliverable. I tried several ways to reach out about my order and could never get thru to anyone. AGAIN, I NEVER RECEIVED MY PRODUCT!!”
