ive been pretty disappointed lately with the quality of items (waffle knit set is very scratchy and not the soft style material i have come to love and expect from 3BN) and customer service involved (Emailed re: an item i paid full price for that went on sale just outside the 24 hour window that i ordered). i emailed a 2nd customer service question 3 days ago that still hasn't had a response.

Runs a little small, made them work but should def size up. Also came with a huge yellow stain on one back pocket, thankfully washed out but yuck 🤮

All cute tops and jumpsuit I bought. Nice fit. But I’ve seen the same things in other site for half the price.

Super cute styles, but pricing is too high for the quality of clothing that you get. I would say the quality of the clothing is about what you would get from Amazon... which is fine, if it is priced accordingly. I have purchased several items from this company and I do like the items I receive, I just don't think they are quality materials that warrant such a high price point.

I haven't loved the quality of the fabrics used in several of the jumpers i bought. They are cute and fit well.

First of all, I LOVE Three Bird Nest clothing and have ordered from the company several times. In the last order I placed, one of the skirts I received was way too long. I messaged the company about exchanging or returning and NEVER received any sort of response from them. I ended up washing the skirt and was able to shrink it enough in the dryer to make it work. The lack of response will make me double-think or triple-think any future orders. The only thing this company is lacking is customer service. Other than that I would recommend them.

I return more than I keep however, the pieces I do keep are absolutely compliment earning! I truly love the pieces and unique selection but the price point is drastically higher for me. The only time I can place orders is during sales. I understand quality and unique appeal, I just wish some items where more affordable. I love the Happy Returns process! So easy and convienent however other brands I use don’t charge a fee to return, so it’s unfortunate 3BN does, especially when items are higher priced. I would prefer store credit and no return fee vs. return on card yet charged a fee. I will continue to buy from this brand when on sale :)

I was very excited about having a new place to shop for cute bralettes. Prices were reasonable and quality was good, which is hard to find when shopping online these days. Unfortunately, I won't be shopping here anymore. Short version: customers cannot rely on the size chart to know what size to get for the different products. The onus is on the customer to magically know when they need to size up or down, without ever trying on the product. Bralettes are not returnable, so if you buy one based on the size chart provided and it doesn't fit, you're out the money that you spent on it. Lesson learned and I'll take my money to a local boutique where I can actually try things on first.

The fit is longer than I expected- I was expecting like a crop but they are full length and I am 5’8”. They have a very long crotch area so need to be worn pretty high waisted or look odd. Overall they are cute just not as expected.

I love the jumpers they are made well and super soft and comfy, my only complaint is I have been waiting on a lost package for almost a month, thats really out of the boutiques control though.

I like the clothes, very comfy and stylish but I’ve ordered 3 times and there are always significant issues with shipping which sometimes takes 10+ calls and e-mails to resolve. I’ve had orders take 3+ months to arrive which is ridiculous. They could definitely work on their customer service and shipping practices

My first order from three bird nest was wonderful. It was to jumpers very well-made and really like them. My second order, address, was $80 and very cheaply made. I ended up giving it to Goodwill. Deborah Cassidy 202 East Manoa Rd. Havertown, PA 19083

I ordered the outfit of the week a few weeks ago. It was a knit jumpsuit with smocking at the bodice. The main bottom seam was very crooked and it was even more noticeable because the material was striped making that first stripe with gapping where the seam caught and overlapped. I emailed the company. They replied and asked for a picture. I sent the picture and have heard nothing else. But the gapping of the seam is right front and center and is very noticeable. I will not be wearing it as it is.

It’s just okay. Definitely not worth the price. I had to cute all the hanging threads off before i could wear it. Also i bout a small, normally wear a medium and it is very big! Like even an xs would probably be to big for me.

I have purchased couple of times For their unique boho style Clothes however I’m always disappointed when it comes delivered. The quality of fabric and price is definitely not worth it . It looks so cool online but in person it looks completely different as if it’s made in China. Again, the fabric quality and stitching needs big improvement. I have mix feelings about all the purchases I have made.

I’ve had good experiences, and love the style of clothing. However, use caution when buying the “daily deals”. I’ve taken the risk and been extremely disappointed in the quality of items received. Items have uneven hem, and the material is cheap. I’m sure this is why they sell it as a “deal” and the items are not eligible for return.
