“I was very pleased with my first purchase I made so I ordered again and nothing fit. It was the three piece set and the kimono ordered in size large which was more like a small. the dress was supposed to be oversized in size medium came no where close to even being buttoned. I can't return it for something that fits so I'm very reluctant to order again”

“Very cute and unique tops and sweaters, (some long sleeve were tight) but the pants are just too small in the waist to be comfortable. One outfit with the top, sweater, shall and leggings, I couldn't even get my leg all the way in the leggings, I couldn't believe how small they were. Not everyone is 105 pounds with a 28 in waist and skinny arms. So I gave them to my daughter, they were small for her, so grand daughter got them lol. Returning clothes from Canada is just way too expensive in postage so I've become very selective as a result.”

“I truly love this boutique. I recommend it to all of my friends that ask about my clothes. I love all things boho and kimonos are literally my entire personality. All that to say, I do love these clothes, however, the quality of the kimons I've purchased over the last few years is lacking. I have about 12 kimonos i've bought from Three Bird Nest over the last two years ago. I own a lot of these and am always careful with washing them, I wash them by hand. Almost every kimono i've purchased has ripped after one or two wears. When I have reached out to customer support, there wasn't any help given. I understand once you buy something, you can't just return it, and I don't want to becuase I love all the items I've purchased. I do, however, feel if you're paying $50-$65 for a kimono/duster, the quality of that item should be much better. I'll probably still shop here especially when they do outfit of the week but it would be nice to see the prices decrease a little if the quality of the items are already so cheap.”

“It’s ok, I see Three Birds Nest clothes on other sites for 1/2 the price! Even the same blonde model. But it was a deal BOGO or something reasonable so I bought it, it will do!”

Hi Denise! You can use one of the following three options for your return:
1. Complete a return using our Happy Return Return Bars for a cost of $7.95 that's deducted from your refund, and get your refund back to you when you drop off the return. (This is the quickest and usually the cheapest option, and it doesn't require you to print anything off!) Note: Due to the complexity of refunds, orders placed with a tiered discount or BOGO deals are not eligible for Return Bars.
2. Complete a return request through our Happy Returns Return Portal and request a shipping label for a cost of $9.85. Print off your label and ship the box back to us. We ask you please return the items in the smallest-sized return package you have.
