It was hit & miss. 1) Batwing top, I loved- Super soft & nice quality. 2) Boho essential ribbed hoodie- looks better quality in the photo-TOO HUGE, size at least 2 sizes smaller. 3) Danny Sweater-felt awful rough; did not fit right (you need to be a beanpole). 4) At the Orchard balloon sleeve sweater-felt rough, not soft, & cheap quality. 5) So Comfy wide leg cropped pant-runs large-basically overpriced sweatpants. I returned some items. I am 5'5.5" 165lbs. Size 8-10 depending brand. Clothes look adorable on the model, but let's be honest, her figure is a stick figure, so
purchase with a discerning eye on what may or may not look good on you.”

“I love the concept of this dress but the execution isnt the best. The shoulder ties are pretty weak and I kept having to retie them to keep the dress from falling down and flashing people. Also the picture is a bit misleading. The wrap style top is very very low and I had to use a safety pin to secure it. The dress looks nice in photos but wearing it was a nuisance.”
“The quality of the fabrics are poor considering the price, unless you buy them on sale. The sizing of the bralettes are all over the place. Thankfully, I was given a refund on a final sale item that did not meet the website's description. They should offer free return shipping like most companies. Cute boho clothes but you have to look carefully at the sizing and material.”

“Your product is so irregularly sized I can only base my purchase on reviews and previous purchases. the shipping and duty is so high it makes me not want to order from your company because of the "not knowing" the quality of the fabric or if the item is humungous or petite. Plus items sourced from some countries are much higher in duty to Canada. I have 50% product that I like and 50% that does not fit or is cheap looking. I reached out about a shirt from my last order about how unhappy I was with it. I was told too bad and also that I had been charged for DHL yet it went usps. so for that reason I was charged less. I just gave that shirt away today. your product is not cheap. I don't appreciate such poor customer service.”

“Love your clothes but question your delivery service/timing. I paid for a 3-5 day process not sure what you define as processing but ordered on the 22nd of Oct and is now the 28th of Oct.. status now states processing to FedEx. Your update status for delivery is very confusing and not sure why I should pay extra for delivery when I never know when to expect delivery. I always have to go back and inquire with service. Your delivery service/timing is very questionable. Still unclear when to expect my delivery.”
