Hi Michelle! It looks like there may have been some confusion regarding the return processing fee, I am so sorry about that! I would be happy to clarify. We used Happy Returns for our return portal. Happy Returns provides two return options: a QR code that is $7.95 or a Printable Label for $9.85. It looks like you chose the QR code option for $7.95! “I am so so saddened by the terrible experience I had. I loved your clothing and was so excited to make my first purchase. Instead I received someone else’s order while on a vacation! “There is a smell that I can’t get out of this poncho. Super disappointing. Was going to return, but I paid $40 for it and would only get a refund of $20 after the crazy shipping costs. Won’t be ordering anymore”
