“Pants were ordered in XL and marked XL on the item when received. There is no way these pants are an XL. Fortunately I have a daughter who is a medium pant and they fit her perfectly. Disappointed!”

“I love your clothes and the promptness of receiving them; however, my last order - the blush Jodi jumpsuit starting falling apart at the stitches in the 2nd wash and I am completely bummed and disappointed. “I ordered something but it was too big. I asked to exchange. The only way to get a smaller size was to send back the one I already ordered, and pay the shipping, and I had already paid shipping to get the original to me. Then, I would have to order a new one in the correct size, and pay for shipping yet again. So they want me to pay 30 bucks for shipping to get the correct size, when they are oversized to start. I'll never shop with them again. And the quality isn't great either. There are far too many choices to have such lousy customer service.”
