“I love the stickers but the delivery took a week longer than they predicted.”

“The product was advertised as free as it was the \letter of the day\" on promotion. However the postage was around '3. This was pricey for a normal letter coming through the postage. I wouldn't have wanted to have paid for the stickers on top as they were fine but not brilliant.”

“Parcel delivery time predicted 10 days eventually was 14 days so missed a Birthday. Disappointing. Plus when I phoned the contact number at the weekend the message did not make it clear that there was nobody there to offer assistance.”

“I purchased a set of name labels for my daughters nursery lunchboxes. The product is undeniably sweet and a great idea. Once one sticker peels off or becomes faded, I'll just pop another on. The process is quite effortless. I was however disappointed with the overall print quality and there was what only could look like a lack of ink down the left hand side of my label. Therefore my cute labels with adorable snails etc have this somewhat disappointing stripe running through the middle of them. I wrote to tinyme on Facebook perhaps four or five times. I detailed the issue and sent photographs. I still haven't heard anything from them. For a company that deals in ecommerce, you would expect that their social media presence would not be limited solely to marketing their product.”

“I needed my labels in time for my little girl starting nursery and paid extra for rush delivery. The item didn't arrive until two days later. I contacted tinyme the day after my order had been predicted to arrive, asking for a refund for delivery as I had paid for something and it hadn't happened and was told my order would be there within 48 hours. This wasn't good enough. If I had wanted them at a later date i would have ordered them from somewhere else, but as I needed them asap I chose a company who sold a quicker delivery option and was let down.”

“Delivery was later than the expected delivery date but I expected that due to the popularity of the offer. I'm still waiting for another pack my partner ordered which is also late.”

“The items were great, delivery was an issue. Paid '7 for rush order and it didn't arrive on the time it said it would - considering the size of the package I also think '7 is excessive.”

“Service was slow, postage was very delayed- not the delivery times given online. The item was not very good. They came off after the first 30' wash and the clothing stickers have to be ironed on- not a great end result for a tiny sticker. Wouldn't use these again.”

“Delivery was terrible, ordered on August 16th and stickers have only just arrived. Stickers aren't that sticky, so whether they will actually be dishwasher safe etc I am yet to find but given that it took some effort to get one to stick on some Tupperware I'd be dubious.”

“Labels for a critical charity date didn't arrive on time (despite paying extra for fast processing) and whenever I telephoned to enquire about where they were it was always an answer machine. I wasn't offered a full refund for now useless labels, merely the difference between normal and fast postage rates.”
