“Unreliable delivery and unhelpful customer services response. One one part of my order arrived but I’m still waiting on the second, now 10 days after it was due to be delivered. On contacting custmer services was asked to just wait a few weeks in case of a mix up in the post. Would have prefered a much prompter resolution as the school term is now well underway. Stamps adequate quality but iron on labels not that easy to use as it is hard to see where each label is on the sheet and difficult to then line up the stamp.”

“I have always used the sticky labels and clothes labels which are fantastic, but the stamp was a complete waste of money. They can't be used on labels and are too big to use anywhere else. They also don't show up on grey or navy blue and are too big for white collars”

“The stick on stickers are great, got them on babies bottles and they have stuck even through the steriliser. However the iron on stickers are rubbish, don’t stick, so have gone to another company, but if a waste of money really.”

“I bought a pack of stickers and iron on labels - the stickers are great but the labels do not stay on. We followed instructions and tried tweaking them but they just keep falling off.”

“Sorry I don’t like giving negative feedback but I saw the email asking for my review and felt I should have my say. I really can’t say these are the best labels I’ve ever tried. The shoe labels have come out several times, even with the additional labels purchased to go over the top of these. The names on the labels on the water bottles are no longer visible as they have faded as they’ve been washed (this started to happen after about 2 weeks). And I’m not sure how long the ones stuck to clothes labels will stay stuck as some appear to be coming away at the edges.”

“Although the labels are very cute, I am very disappointed that most of them came off only after being washed 2-3 times. These weren't cheap by any means, the quality should have definitely been long lasting.”

“Stickers look slightly faded, possibly not the best. Be prepared to be flooded by emails from the company afterwards, as in several a day ????”

“By charging the correct postage. This item only needs a single stamp. So doesn't require postage that costs more than a small parcel.”

“I selected 'fast delivery' as the item was required for a Christening gift. Unfortunately I had to contact Tinyme when the package was not received to be informed that they had 'missed' that it was a rapid delivery item. Delivery was refunded but this was not the point.<br/><br/>The jigsaw had the potential to be beautiful however the quality was not perfect. The joins between 2 pieces have a slight defect which I had to correct with a black marker.<br/><br/>I'm disappointed and I doubt I will purchase anything else from this company”

“I wasn't very impressed with the TinyMe photo magnets. I used to use a different company to print my Instagram photos as magnets but they closed down a few months ago. The quality of the magnets was very poor for the price, photos very grainy and the thickness was very thin. The packaging was also poor as some of the magnets were misshapening by the time they arrived. Overall, very disappointing and I won't be ordering the magnets from them again.”

“Did not receive name stickers in time for my son starting school despite being told they had been dispatched. Had to contact customer services to be told they were on their way due to high demand. Delivery too slow.”
