“I have purchased 2 stamps for my children. They are so faint I feel one wash would wipe out the wording. I have also emailed customer service to which I have received no response. I purchased these as I have used their stickers in the past and valued these. I was loyal and came back to try the stamps to which I was very disappointed with both the stamps and lack of communication.”

“I would give 0 stars if such a rating was avaialble. Poor quality clothes labels that tear when peeling them off the backing paper and unacceptable customer service response suggesting that I do arts and crafts to separate them myself, instead of offering a refund or a replacement product. The latter would probably be just as bad I am assuming.”

“Over a week since making my order and still nothing arrived. Very disappointing. :( unfortunately orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Second Class Letter which is an untracked service, so no way of checking where the order might be or when I could expect it.”

“Beware, use at your own risk. I did the ‘free’ sample, paid £3 for postage. Only realised it was missing when the email arrived to review. I contacted customer services as it’s been 10 days since my order was allegedly posted & they’ve refused to refund me the postage costs claiming it’s just delayed.”

“The quality of the backpack, lunch bag and swimming bag (bought combo) is like you know from giveawaway backpacks gyms or schools give you for free. So please do not expect much. It is not sewn very nicely either. The connector broke whilst first time using it (after less than 2 hours). The lunch bag also has a weird size, none of my Tupperware I usually use fits properly. The bag is larger than our old one but fits less items. I would not recommend this brand at all and regret I was lulled in by their marketing.”
