“Still not received my order! Bought these labels for my son. Said on the email that it would be with me by the 22nd of August. Won't be buying from here again. Which is a shame as the stuff you sell is lovely.”

“Terrible! I ordered and was told that they would arrive on 30th of August 2017. The 30th of August past and I decided to message them and query my delivery. No response! I also 'liked' the Facebook page and found out that I was not the only one awaiting a promised delivery for the 30th! 4days after questioning where my delivery was I eventually got a response saying that it had been posted and would be with me the next day.....4 more days passed before I eventually got the promised delivery. And to top it all off the stickers I received had clearly not been advertised clearly as I was unable to use them in my daughter's clothing! I won't be wasting my time again! I'm just glad I didn't have to pay out for the product just the terribly slow delivery and appealing customer service!”

“Misleading. Only suitable for plastic items not clothing and bags so a complete waste of money. Who needs all those stickers for plastic items? Poor customer service when I contacted them too, no refund or partial refund. Would not recommend.”

“After our pitch I had no other email that said thanks for your order and how long it should arrive. Then after about 2 weeks I still had nothing from them to say about delivery or being backdated and not having stock themselves. Took about 5 weeks for my delivery to finally arrive well after my daughter started school by the way so was very frustrated! Once the labels arrived I was very pleased with them I had to iron on the clothes stickers which was easy but then when my daughter actually came to wear her school uniform they had all peaked off!!! But I must say the stick on labels for her bottles and stationary have stood the test of time so far just very disappointed in the delivery and the quality of the iron on labels.”

“Labels arrived well past due date and I had informed tiny me I would need to go out and buy new labels. They arrived after school had started so a total waste of money. Customer service was contacted only an apology was offered. Will never order from them again”

“My order took too long to come, and did not arrive in time for the start of school. Despite the fact that I had ordered a month before school started. There was no indication that the product was coming for Australia so I did not anticipate such a long delivery time. When they did arrive I had been sent the iron on stickers rather than the stick on stickers I had requested. Given the time taken to even get them I didn't bother raising this. I used the iron on stickers as per the instructions but they have already started peeling off. I will not be using this company again and I'll be advising other mums to steer clear too.”
