“Products are good and arrived quickly. I had reason to use live chat a couple of times which was far from live chat, I got a response after a couple of days! I had received a discount code for 20% off and couldn't find it, the response advised there were no such offers. By this time I had luckily already found the email and placed the order, otherwise you would have lost my business.”

“I love your products, but previously I bought some name labels and had to buy race cars for both my boys as there was very limited choice. The following week, you brought out a whole new range. If I had realised that you were about to release new designs, I would have waited. You also had an offer for free pantry labels with the new designs, so I felt I missed out twice! If you're about to release new designs, I think you should put something on the product page to say that new designs will be released within the next couple of weeks.”

“Good delivery and communication about my parcel. Would be lovely if there was a bit more communication between ordering and being dispatched. It would be helpful if an email was sent to let you know it was being personalised so you had a better idea of when your item would be delivered.”
