“Parcel delivery time predicted 10 days eventually was 14 days so missed a Birthday. Disappointing. Plus when I phoned the contact number at the weekend the message did not make it clear that there was nobody there to offer assistance.”

“Photo magnets were a well received Father's Day gift. Packaging a bit cheap and cardboard sleeve too big for our letter box, so had to collect from local depot.”

“Loved the wall stickers for my son's bedroom. Excellent quality and easy to apply. The only thing that would have improved the experience would be an email to say the parcel was on its way so I could have left the porch open, rather than going to the post office to pick up the missed parcel.”

“The customer service at Tinyme is fantastic! From start to finish they have been very helpful and friendly. We used them for the wall stickers to decorate our nursery in a woodland theme. Because we don't know what we are having we couldn't personalise with a name yet but this was not an issue for Tinyme. They arranged for us to have everything to make a start and in a few weeks i will let them know the name and they are sending the final parts. A 1st class service.”

“My delivery was almost a week late due to a delay at Tinyme. This was very disappointing as it was for a birthday gift which had to be given late. <br/>However, I received such fantastic customer care from Ionela Spinu of the customer service team. She kept in continued contact with me and gave me a really personal service. I also had my delivery refunded and was given a discount code for a future order.”
